Please Note that you need to be aged 50+ years to enter this competition, according to Terms/Conditions.  I didn't realize until I entered and the Terms came up...!

Terms and conditions :)

1.    Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter our competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
2.    To enter the competition you must be:
a)    an Australian or New Zealand resident; and
b)    50 years old or over at the time of entry.
3.    Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Odyssey Travel.
4.    No purchase necessary.
5.    Only one entry per person.
6.    User's must complete the form on this site, completing all required fields.
7.    Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
8.    This is a game of skill with entrants submitting their answers to question "How would an iPad mini help you on your next Odyssey journey?" The answer must be answered in 25 words or less.
9.    The winner will be the entrant whose answer to question 2 is judged as the most creative by Odyssey Travel's selected representative.
10.    The closing date is for the competition is 30 June 2013, and Odyssey Travel reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
11.    If you win the competition, we will notify you by post and/or e-mail. The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.    By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Odyssey Travel may require.
13.    The prize will not be transferable to another person.
14.    No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
15.    If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16.    Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
17.    This competition is being run by Australian & New Zealand College Ltd for Seniors trading as Odyssey Travel, which is a registered Travel Agent which:
a)    in Australia (Licence Number: 2TA5109 & 2TA32563), and
b)    in New Zealand (Travel Agents Association of New Zealand Bonded Member).
18.    Odyssey Travel reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Odyssey Travel may also create rules which will apply to this competition. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant promotion page on our website.
19.    Odyssey Travel will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
20.    All entries become the property of the Odyssey Travel and will be entered into a database.
21.    By entering the competition, you agree to Odyssey Travel contacting you. You will be given the option to unsubscribe in any such communication, or can contact Odyssey Travel directly to be removed from the contact list.
