Terms and Conditions

You must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian resident to enter this competition. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation.
Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right not to award the prizes if the entrant fails to meet these terms.
The competition period begins at 12.00am WST on 20/05/2013. Entries into the competition close at 11:59pm WST on 16/06/2013. No responsibility is taken for late, lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
There are two major prizes of a Thermomix Kitchen Appliance. Each prize is valued at $1939 RRP. Each prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable and the promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of these prizes. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Thermomix.
The entry method is by going to www.bubbler.com.au/pages/competitions or www.stayathomemum.com.au/competition and using the Rafflecopter widget to complete the tasks. It is a requirement of entry that the entrant likes the Facebook pages and subscribes to the newsletters of Start Here, Bubbler Deals, Stay at Home Mum and Australian Baby Bargains by providing their name and email address and state they reside in. This is free and you can unsubscribe at any time. Once these requirements are completed the entrant is asked to answer the question listed in 25 words or less. All tasks must be completed for your entry to be valid and you must be a current Facebook fan of all pages for the duration of the competition and you may be asked to provide proof of this.
Entry via fake Facebook profile will result in disqualification and you may be asked for proof of identification to verify this.
The competition will be judged on responses to the question in the Rafflecopter widget. Responses must be 25 words or less to be eligible.
Entry to the competition is free.
Only one entrant per person is accepted.
Employees of the promoter, sponsors or any person associated with the prize are ineligible to enter.
The judging will commence on Tuesday 18th June and the two winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date by the email address they provided in the Rafflecopter widget. If the email is returned undeliverable or there is no response is received within 14 days the competition will be rejudged and another winner identified. No responsibility will be accepted for emails which are misdirected or end up in the spam folder.
The winner will have their full name and state they reside in published on the Bubbler Deals Competitions Page at www.bubbler.com.au/pages/competitions. It may also be displayed by the sponsors on their websites.
Each prize will be provided to the winner by StartHere.com.au. Delivery will be made within four weeks of the winners claiming their prize. We are not responsible for any damage to the product in transit.
Bubbler Deals, Start Here, Stay at Home Mum and Australian Baby Bargains reserve the right to use the winners name, image, text or voice for promotional purposes for an unlimited time period without remuneration.
Bubbler Deals decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
