HOW TO ENTER:

To receive an automatic entry into the draw, individuals must complete one of the following entry methods during the Promotion Period (defined in 7 below):
1) If you are an existing member, visit the following URL linked to from your John Frieda Hair Care Elite Club email during the promotional period, log in to your account, confirm that your profile information is correct or update your profile, as necessary, with the following mandatory information: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Country, Email address, Password and submit the completed profile to the system at www.johnfrieda.com.au/join-the-elite
2) If you are a new member, sign-up for the John Frieda Hair Care Elite Club at www.johnfrieda.com.au/join-the-elite during the promotional period and complete your profie by filling in the following mandatory information: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Country, Email address, Password and submit the completed profile to the system at www.johnfrieda.com.au/join-the-elite.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. By entering this Promotion, each Entrant acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
2. The Promotion is only open to "Eligible Entrants". Subject to these Terms and Conditions, an Eligible Entrant is a person who (a) is an Australian resident (b) is 15 years or older at the time of entry; (c) has obtained permission to enter this Promotion from a parent/legal guardian if under 18 years of age at the time of entry; (d) has been invited by email from the Promoter to participate in this Promotion; (e) submits their entry into this Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and (f) does not in any way tamper with the Promotion and/or the entry process for the Promotion
3. Employees, management and directors of any of the Promoter, the Promoter's related companies and agencies involved in this Promotion, and their immediate families, are not Eligible Entrants.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the details provided by Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age, parental/legal guardian permission (where applicable) and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Identification suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries, entries containing incorrect contact details and entries containing material, which the Promoter considers inappropriate for any reason, will be deemed invalid.
6. The Promoter’s decision on all aspects relating to this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promotion commences on 20/05/2013 at 9am and entries close on 20/06/2013 at 12am (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).
8. The Promotion draw will take place at Citrus Internet Pty Ltd office premises (Level 8, 100 Albert Road, South Melbourne, Victoria) on the 20/06/2013 at 1.00pm (AEST). The winners will be notified by email (to the address stated in their submitted details unless the Entrant has notified the Promoter in accordance with clause 25 and published online at the John Frieda website competition page www.johnfrieda.com.au/join-the-elite on 24/06/2013.
9. The first (4) valid entries drawn will each win a John Frieda Hair Care Ultimate Style prize packs valued at AU$168.00 (“Prize”). The Prize consists of 1 x John Frieda Sleek Finish Straightener (RRP AU$89.99), 1 x John Frieda Vent rush (RRP AU$19,95), 1 x John Frieda Small Round Brush (RRP AU$19,95) , 1 x John Frieda Frizz Ease 3-Day Straight Semi-Permanent Styling Spray (RRP AU$16.99) & 1 x John Frieda Frizz Ease Smooth Start Repairing Shampoo & Conditioner (RRP AU$16.99).
10. If the winner of a prize is under 18 years of age then the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
11. The winners will be determined by a random manual drawing procedure of the Entrants that have confirmed, updated and/or correctly submitted their details through the entry process. The prizes will be sent to the winners by mail to the address that the winner nominates when contacted by the Promoter via email (as referred to in clause 9).
12. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
13. Each prize, or any part of a prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless where otherwise specified. The prizes cannot be sold to any other person (including via any online auction site). If a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject that approval of the relevant gaming authorities, if required.
14. Subject to clause 15 if for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
15. An unclaimed prize draw for any prize/s unclaimed will take place on 23/09/2013, at the same time and place as the original prize draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner/s of the re-drawn prize will be notified by email (to the address stated in their profile details submitted unless the Entrant has notified the Promoter in accordance with clause 25 and the name of the winner/s of the re-drawn prize on the John Frieda website competition page www.johnfrieda.com.au/join-the-elite on 27/09/2013. The Promoter’s decision in relation to the re-drawn prize/s is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated (including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
17. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
