By entering, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over (Entrants). The directors, management and employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. The competition commences at 00.01 AEST on 20/05/2013 and closes at 17.00 AEST on 30/06/2013 (Entry Period). To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Entry Period: a. purchase any one (1) Hansells All Natural Soup product from any participating Woolworths or Safeway store in Australia (Eligible Purchase) and retain their original purchase receipt; and b. go to www.hansellsallnatural.com.au (Competition Website) and fully and correctly complete and successfully submit the online entry form in the manner required, including answering in twenty-five (25) words or less the question: ‘What is your favourite soup recipe from around the world?’. Multiple entries accepted up to a maximum of five (5) entries per household per day. Each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase, must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Terms and Conditions. For the purpose of this competition, a ‘household’ is deemed to be the residential address stated on an Entrant’s entry form This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on a basis of creativity and originality. The best eligible entry, determined by the judges, will receive the Major Prize. The next six (6) best eligible entries from all remaining entries will each receive one (1) Minor Prize. The winners will be notified by mail on or by 14/07/2013. All reasonable steps to notify the winners of the results of the judging will be taken by the Promoter. Judging will take place by 05/07/2013 at Unit 10, 17 Willfox Street, Condell Park NSW 2200. Entries will be judged by a panel of appropriately qualified judges from the Promoter. The major prize consists of one (1) $10,000 Flight Centre gift voucher (Major Prize). There is one (1) Major Prize to be awarded. Each minor prize consists of one (1) $500 Flight Centre gift voucher (each a, Minor Prize). There are six (6) Minor Prizes to be awarded. The total prize pool is valued at $13,000. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will substitute a prize of equal or greater value in lieu. A prize is subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of the voucher and Flight Centre generally, including expiry dates, and is not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged. Redemption of a prize is subject to availability and may be dependent on travel class availability, and travel ‘blackout’ periods applying (including school holidays and public holidays). All components of a prize must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited. The winner and their travel companion(s) (if any) must travel together and depart from and return to the same departure point. The winner and their travel companion(s) (if any) may not accrue frequent flyer points. Any extension or variation of the travel dates once booked will be at the cost and responsibility of the winner and their travel companion(s) (if any). Use of a prize and any passes or vouchers issued as part of a prize may be subject to their prevailing tickets terms and conditions of use. A prize cannot be used in conjunction with travel discounts or special offers. All additional costs not expressly stated, but which may be incurred in acceptance and use of a prize, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion(s) (if any). Such additional costs may include, but are not limited to, accommodation, meals, beverages, room service, telephone calls, laundry services, spending money, transport to and from airport departure point, other transfers, taxes including arrival and departure taxes (if applicable), insurance, travel insurance, passports, visas (if applicable) and any and all other expenses. If a prize is used to book international travel, the winner is solely responsible for their entry and the entry of their travel companion(s) (if any) into their destination country, at their own expense, including ensuring all necessary passports, visas, travel authorisations, medical advice and recommended vaccinations and immunisations have been obtained prior to travel and, if required, on or by a date nominated by the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited. Taking a prize is subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of any prize suppliers, and in particular, health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. No compensation will be payable if the winner, or any travel companion, are unable to use any element of the prize for whatever reason, including refusal of entry or departure into or out of their destination or participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. Any part of a prize that is not taken or redeemed for any reason is forfeited. It is a condition of accepting a prize the winner and their travel companion(s) (if any) may be required to sign a legal release(s) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The Promoter and Flight Centre shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by an Entrant (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter may award a prize to the Entrant who submitted the next best judged entry by 14/08/2013 in order to award the prize if unclaimed by that date or if the Promoter is unable to notify the winner by that date. The unclaimed prize winner(s) will be notified by mail by 21/08/2013. All reasonable steps to notify any winner(s) of the results of the unclaimed prize judging will be taken by the Promoter. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the competition and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of Entrants and winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this competition. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this competition, submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or if the Entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion. As a condition of entering this competition, an Entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s entry, name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the competition (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. Each Entrant consents to the Promoter having an unfettered right to modify or alter their entry in any manner in its sole discretion. The Entrant agrees that, in the event they are a winner, the Entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the competition as requested by the Promoter and its agents. It is a condition of the prize being awarded to a winner that the winner provide to the Promoter their original receipt as proof of Eligible Purchase. Each Entrant must retain the original purchase receipt and will be required to provide to the Promoter their receipt for each Eligible Purchase made during the Entry Period. An Entrant will be required to provide to the Promoter proof of purchase for all entries made in order to claim a prize and this may include showing the original receipt to the Promoter. If an Entrant is unable to provide proof of purchase for all entries made within the required timeframe, then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid. Purchase receipts must clearly specify the participating Woolworths or Safeway store where the Eligible Purchase was made and that the Eligible Purchase was made during the Entry Period but prior to entry. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify the competition and post such modifications in these Terms and Conditions. The decision by the Promoter to accept or reject an entry is in the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into. Any entry that contains content that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, considers to be offensive, obscene, crude or inappropriate in any way or that the Promoter considers may infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person, corporation or entity will not be accepted as an eligible entry into the promotion.
