Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry.
Entry is open only to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of Hawaii Tourism Oceania and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entry is only valid if all details on the entry form are completed. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
Chance plays no part in determining the winner and the winner will be notified within 21 days of promotion closing date. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The best entries are determined by the judge, an employee of Hawaii Tourism Oceania.
All entries become the property of the promoter, Hawaii Tourism Oceania.
All entries that “opt-in” will be entered into our Hawaii Tourism Oceania and prize partner’s member databases and will automatically receive newsletters and promotional offers.
Hawaii Tourism Oceania reserves the right to use the content of winning and runners up entries for the purpose of future promotions.

The winners desired travel dates must be communicated to Hawaii Tourism Oceania representative.
The prize cannot be altered in any way, is non refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be taken in parts.
Prize is subject to booking and flight, accommodation transfer availability.
The prize winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together on the same dates/times.
Travel arrangements will be made by a designated Hawaii Tourism Oceania representative whose decisions regarding the itinerary are final.
Fights, accommodation and transfers are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargo periods. The prize cannot be exchanged for other destinations and there will be no credit given if the full value of prize is not utilised.
Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner.  The winner of the prize (and their travel companions) will not accrue any frequent flyer points from taking the prize.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, Hawaii Tourism Oceania, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Prizes cannot be transferred to another person.  Prizes are provided ‘as is’ and without any warranty of any kind.
International Flights – Hawaiian Airlines

Taxes and fuel surcharges are not included and will need to be paid by direct deposit at time of ticketing.

Winner needs to be at least 18yrs of age.
The prize winner and their guest must travel together and share the same itinerary.
Seats are subject to availability. We suggest you make your reservation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Entire travel must be completed by 27th March 2014
Travel is NOT permitted during the following period: 27 Jun 13-14 Jul 13, 10 Sep-15 Oct 13 & 15 Dec 13-20 Jan 14.
Travel dates need to be booked and ticketed within 30 days of receiving the prize.
Accommodation – Aqua Hospitality

Terms and Conditions for Hotel Room:

Prize includes double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for five (5 nights) at Park Shore Waikiki.  Winner will receive a Q-Pon Certificate (“Certificate”) from Aqua Hospitality.  Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or expired.  Credit will not be given on any unused portions of the Certificate.  Certificate number must be given at the time of booking.  Original Certificate must be presented at time of check-in, otherwise another form of payment will be required.  Good only for consecutive night stays based on number of room nights on front of Certificate.  Certificate is not redeemable for cash. Valid only at the aforementioned Aqua managed hotels.  If Aqua no longer manages the hotel, Aqua may substitute an alternate hotel.  Certificates may not be applied to incidental charges for third person occupancy, crib rental, parking, laundry, business center, food and beverages or other services provided to the guest.  All travel is subject to airline and hotel restrictions, availability and blackout dates and travel must be completed by May 1, 2014. Guest also must be at least 18 years or older at the time the winner is selected.  Winner is responsible for all incidentals, meals, gratuities, transportation throughout the duration of the trip, additional charges and any other expenses not specified here.  Winner is responsible for any surcharges or service charges if applicable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize will be awarded for any reason, including for cancellation of trip due to natural calamities or any other force majeure event.  Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable in cash.  Once the trip is confirmed, the departure date cannot be changed or Winner will forfeit the prize package.  Picture identification (valid driver’s license, passports, visas or other picture identification) is the Winner’s and guest’s responsibilities.  Redemption of prize is subject to hotel availability. Blackout dates may apply and prize reservations are subject to availability.

Aqua Hospitality reserves the right to substitute for any reason whatsoever a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at their sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well  as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified herein as being awarded.

The Promotion Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Promotion (regardless of the cause of such injury, damage or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded.

Airport Transfers

Private round-trip transfers between Honolulu Airport and Park Shore Waikiki valid for two (2) passengers. At least two (2) weeks notice prior to making a booking. Each passenger is entitled to have two (2) pieces of baggage. There will be an additional charge for sports equipment, band instruments, bicycles (must be in a container), surfboards (maximum length of 6 feet), and other unusual size baggage that require special handling.
