Details of Participation: Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them. No purchase necessary to enter contest or redeem prizes. Contest commences 25/01/13 at 9:00am AEST and closes 16/12/13 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries not received by that time or not completed in accordance with these Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.

Total Prize Value: Valued at up to AU$25,502.

Prizes: One prize only awarded from drawing on 17/01/14, winner guaranteed to receive 24 nights accommodation based on two adults travelling at any of the 18 WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham resorts within Australia (resorts listed at www.wyndhamvrap.com/home/resort/) in the base room type available for that resort valued at up to AU$10,412, a Travel by Wyndham certificate for use on flights & car hire associated with prize accommodation valued up to AU$6,800 an Apple New iPad 16GB Wi-Fi (Black or White subject to availability) valued up to AU$540, a Panasonic DMC-FT20GN-K 16.1MP Digital Camera (Black) valued up to AU$250 plus AU$7,500 cash issued as a bank cheque in the prize winners name. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state/territory, where relevant. All prize values correct at time of printing.

Who Can Enter: Contest is open to residents of Australia or New Zealand aged 18 years and over who submit an eligible entry. Only one competition entry is permitted per household. Employees and/or associates of WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham and the Promoter, Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ACN 090 083 613), are not eligible to win.

How to Enter: Competition can only be entered by completing an entry form in full online via the Promoter’s websites www.winanallaussieadventure.com.au or www.winanallaussieadventure.co.nz, or in writing at the Promoter’s promotional stand or via an Alliance Partner. Use of this form, promotional material or any other competition information without prior written consent by the Promoter constitutes illegal use.

Prize Terms & Conditions: Prize (in whole or in part) is not transferable or exchangeable & the prize cannot be taken as cash, unless indicated in these details of participation. Prize must be fully redeemed (i.e booked and travelled) within 12 months of the draw date (or redraw date as applicable). The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for all or any portion of the prize not being redeemed before expiry and in accordance with these details of participation. All accommodation, flights & car hire is subject to availability and must be booked in one transaction only and at the same time through travel agency Travel by Wyndham, but do not have to be booked for one travel package. Accommodation is based on two adults travelling (prize winner and nominated guest) and does not have to be booked for 24 consecutive nights, that is nights can be booked at various dates and/ or across various resorts as listed at www.wyndhamvrap.com/home/resort/ provided that the following booking conditions are met: Where a booking is made at a resort during a season the resort considers as “high” season the booking must be for a minimum of seven consecutive nights if booked more than 90 days in advance of stay. Any reservation that includes a Friday or Saturday night must be booked for a minimum of two nights at the one resort regardless of season or days booked in advance of travel. Travel cannot be taken over the Christmas or Easter period or during school holidays and/or public holidays as applicable in the relevant state of travel. Accommodation provided is subject to availability and is for the base room type applicable to the resort of stay. Depending on your resort of choice this may be a hotel room, studio room or one-bedroom and room type is not at the prize winners discretion. Accommodation is based on two adults travelling, should prize winner wish to upgrade their accommodation or bring extra guests, additional charges will incur at the applicable cash rate and must be paid by the prize winner. All booking terms and conditions of the relevant resort must be adhered to and complied with by prize winner and their guest(s) as applicable. Once booking is made (for accommodation and/or travel), any amendments or cancellations will incur a fee which will be payable by the prize winner. Any cancellations and amendments are to be paid in cash. Airfares, transfers, meals (except if provided as part of a package), spending money & items of a personal nature are also not included unless otherwise specified. Winners will assume all responsibility & costs for all amounts that may become payable in excess of the amount awarded & any, taxes, licensing &/or duty that may be payable on the prize or use of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state/territory, where relevant. All prize values correct at time of printing. If for any reason the prize winner cannot travel in accordance with these details of participation, or does not take an element of the prize during the stated period, and on the conditions stipulated by the Promoter or any third parties, the relevant component of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. Prize travel is subject to fare rules and third party supplier’s terms and conditions and/or conditions of carriage. The prize winner and their nominated travel companion cannot upgrade any prize travel using cash or frequent flyer points and will not accrue frequent flyer points on any prize flights or on any prize accommodation. The prize winner and their nominated travel companion must travel together on the same flights and stay together in the same apartment.

Prize Draw: Prize is guaranteed to be given away by random drawing from all versions of this contest. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. Entries for the draw must be received by the Promoter twenty eight (28) days prior to drawing dates. Entries not received twenty eight days prior to the draw dates are ineligible to win. Neither the Promoter nor any of their agencies or affiliates are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event a draw date falls on a non-business day, the draw will take place on the next business day. Draws and redraws will be conducted at Wyndham Corporate Centre, 1 Corporate Court, Bundall QLD 4217, at 2:00pm AEST on the draw dates.

Redraw: If the prize is not claimed within three months of final draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at Wyndham Corporate Centre at 2:00pm AEST on 18/04/14 subject to any written directions given under any state authority gaming Regulations.

Notification: Winners will be notified in writing by mail (in accordance with the timeframes as determined by the applicable Legislation and Regulations) and contacted by phone or email where possible. The winner’s name will be published on www.wyndhamvrap.com/winners and respectively in The Australian newspaper on 23/01/14. The winner of the redraw will be published in The Australian newspaper on 24/04/14 (if applicable). Promotion: By entering this competition, the prize winner must agree to the use of their pictures, names and/or statements for future promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. By entering this competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter and its affiliates may use this information and/or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. It might be easy entry, but Wyndham's are extremely pushy and you can expect to receive a call regardless of whether you won or not!
