The Rio Tinto Ride to Conquer Cancer® is a unique, two-day cycling event on August 17-18, journeying over 200k through Queensland scenic countryside.

This year The Grill Team want to help raise awareness of the ride by giving Triple M listeners the chance to jump on air with them during the breakfast show and plug how they're going to raise funds for this great cause- It's like your own ad!

All you need to do is tell us what you plan to do to raise funds, it could be a BBQ, Raffle, whatever it is you can tell the people of Brisbane about it and hopefully raise as much money as possible.

The Grill Team will choose one rider to profile each Monday morning in the lead up to the ride so register below and tell us what fund raising efforts you have planned!

The Promoter will Judge six (6) Major Prize Winner(s).
Judging Details

Time: 5pm
Location: William Jolly Place, 309 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000
Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability.
Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter may at their absolute discretion contact some Entrants either via phone call and/or in writing, to further discuss the details of that person’s Entry. Any contact is not indicative of an Entrant’s standing in the competition, and does no way indicate whether or not that Entrant has been selected as a Contestant/Finalist/Winner.
All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Prize subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider. Prize winners’ details may be provided to a Prize Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
Additional Prize Conditions
All prize winners must be over the age of 18 years.
All prize winners must be available on the date and time as specified by the promoter to redeem their prize and collect it from the Station.
Prize is only valid for use in relation to the entrants Ride to Conquer Cancer fundraisers or events. Prize cannot be used to promote any other business, event or fundraiser. Event cost and organisation is the responsibility of the prize winner. The promoter is not obliged to provide any assistance or compensation for any costs associated with organising and executing the event.
Placement of the prize is at Triple M’s discretion and can be placed at any time between 5.30am and 9am on a date specified by The Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to move and edit any commercial to ensure that it meets any broadcast requirements.
The prize may be taken in the form of either a live or pre-recorded spot up to the duration of 30seconds. The Promoter reserves the right to make the decision on the final length and type of spot that is included in the prize based on their scheduling.
