Contesting: An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
Entrants must be able to travel to Sydney 17 to 21 June 2013, and be fit to participate in an obstacle course / challenge at an Event.
Relevant State(s) and/or Territory(ies)
Entries are restricted to residents of: NSW, VIC, SA, QLD, WA, Tas, ACT.
Maximum Entries per person
Entrants may enter as many times as they wish however can only be chosen as a minor prize winner once.
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Listeners will be encouraged to enter online at the participating station website relevant to their address.
2. Listeners will be required to enter their personal details and answer a nominated question in 25 words or less as per the registration page.
3. A maximum of four (4) Entrants will win a Minor Prize. To proceed in the Promotion, all Minor Prize Winners will be Finalists and must use their Prize for the “Chicken Run” event (the “Event”) which will take place in Sydney between Monday 17 June – Friday 21 June 2013, at a specific date and time to be confirmed by the Promoter.
4. All Finalists will participate in challenges / obstacle course at the Event for the chance to win a Major Prize.
5. There is only one (1) Major Prize.
Judging Details
Date: Between 3 to 10 June 2013 (to Judge Minor Prize Winners) and between 17 to 21 June 2013 (at the Event to Judge Finalists). Time: Various
Location: Lvl 15, 50 Goulburn St, Sydney NSW 2000
Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability, and the winner of the Event as determined by the Promoter. All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter may at their absolute discretion contact some Entrants either via phone call and/or in writing, to further discuss the details of that person’s Entry. Any contact is not indicative of an Entrant’s standing in the competition, and does no way indicate whether or not that Entrant has been selected as a Contestant/Finalist/Winner.

Prize subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider. Prize winners details may be required to a Prize Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment.

Travel: The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the prize provider. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance (if not included in the prize) and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any travelling companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize.
All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque / EFT transfer to the winners nominated bank account. The fulfillment of cash prizes is yet to be determined by the Promoter. Cash transfers and cheques may take up to thirty (30) working days to process prior to being ready for collection / postage, from the date the Promoter contacts the Winner to confirm their details. Winners will be notified once cheques are ready for collection, should that be the method of prize fulfillment.
