Competition Terms & Conditions
The information you provide will only be used for Kimberley Quest promotions. You may unsubscribe at anytime.
By participating in our competition, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions
to be valid.
The competition commences on 1st June 2013 (AWST) and closes on the 30th August 2013 (WST). Entries must be received during
the entry period. Entries received after the end date will not count towards the competition.
The winner will be announced on the 2nd of September and will be notified via phone.

Only residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who fulfill entry requirements as able to enter our competition.
One entry is accepted per person.
The prize includes return economy flights to Broome from nearest capital city within Australia.
The value of the prize is based on current retail prices at time of competition.
This competition will be conducted through; our website, Facebook, Twitter and emails. One winner will be selected. For
marketing and promotional purposes the winner agrees to their name and imagery being used.
Kimberley Quest may collect each entrants personal information and use it to provide the entrant with marketing material via,
mail, telephone and electronic messages for an indefinite period of time. By entering, Kimberley Quest may share information.
The prize offered is for maximum of two adults, sharing twin share accommodation on Kimberley Quest 8 Day Southern Quest
cruise during 2014 only. The Kimberley Quest reserves the right to select the cruise departure.
The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable for other goods or services, transferable and cannot be taken
as cash. Without limiting the above, the prize or any component of the prize cannot be sold. The prize must be taken as offered
and cannot be varied.
The winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, drinks - alcoholic/nonalcoholic, activities, incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, in country taxes, travel insurance, services charges and all other
ancillary costs.
The winner will be announced on the 2nd September 2013.
Kimberley Quest reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if Kimberley Quest
determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely
participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form
determined by Kimberley Quest in its absolute discretion.
Kimberley Quest shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability, which
cannot be excluded by law. Kimberley Quest is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the
phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition.
