TERMS & CONDITIONS

1Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia only. Employees of TVSN and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3Each order number in the promotion that contains a Pinklily product equals one entry.

4Orders returned under the TVSN '30 Day Money-back Guarantee' lose their status as competition entries. TVSN reserve the right to withhold a prize from a winner if the prize winner’s TVSN account is in arrears. It is at the Promoter’s discretion whether they award the prize after a portion of the outstanding debt is paid or the entire balance. If the prize is withheld due to an account in arrears and the prize winner does not pay their outstanding debt within 3 months of being drawn as a prize winner, the prize winner forfeits their prize and TVSN will draw another winner as part of an unclaimed prize draw.

5Competition opens 12.01am (AEST) June 1, 2013 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) June 30, 2013. The winners will be drawn and announced on August 13, 2013 during What’s in Store between 9:30am and 10:30am (AEST). The draw will take place at the TVSN Studio: 431 Warringah Road, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086.

6To enter, purchase any Pinklily product from TVSN between 12:01am (AEST) June 1, 2013 and 11:59pm (AEST) June 30, 2013 and you will automatically go into the draw.

7If a prize remains unclaimed after the draw date, TVSN will conduct a further unclaimed prize draw at 3:00pm (AEDT) on November 20, 2013. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at the TVSN marketing office - 431 Warringah Rd, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086.

8If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification - subject to the relevant state authority approval.

9Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.

10"Subject to relevant state authority approval, the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prize to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prize including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion): (a) a Prize winner does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or (b) the Promoter cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prize for any reason beyond its control. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prize it shall not:
(a) be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal; and (b) be required to conduct the Competition at any other time."

11Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.

12The winners will be announced on air and on the TVSN website (www.tvsn.com.au) on 13/08/13, and published in The Australian newspaper on 20/08/13. Winners will be notified by mail.

13There are three prizes/three winners. Each winner will receive a Pinklily pack, valued at $995. Each pack includes: 1 x Hold My Makeup, 1 x Hold My Necklaces, 2 x Tidy My Shelf Twin Pack, 65 x Pink Hangtastic Hangers, 3 x White Organza Slips, 1 x Handbag Garage, 2 x Boot Boxes, 40 x Clear Shoe Boxes, 1 x Black Martini Handbag and 1 x Tidy My Handbag.

14Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize must be taken in its complete entirety or it will be forfeited. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian who will be required to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions prior to claiming any prize.

15Total prize pool value is $2985. The prize value is correct at the time of printing. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prize occurring between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
