To enter, individuals must:


(a) Visit the Rodd & Gunn Faceboook Page


(b) Click on the promotion


(c) Enter your name and email


(d) Submit details


Terms & Conditions


1. Entry is only open to residents of Australia and/or New Zealand only


2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.


3. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.


4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.


5. Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.


6. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


7. One prize winner will be generated randomly & will receive their choice of a Rodd & Gunn scarf.


8. The chosen scarf must be apart of Rodd & Gunn’s new season range and available on the website.


9. The competition winner will be notified via email on the Thursday 20th of June 2013.


10. Rodd & Gunn reserves the right to add the data from these entries forms and to our company database.


11. The prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in conduction with any other competition or promotion.


12. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Multiple entries can be disqualified.


13. Only one winner will be announced


14. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

16. Closing date to enter this competition will be end of day Wednesday 19th of June. After this date no further entries will be permitted.
