THE WEEKLY GIVEAWAY & THE ULTIMATE BEAUTY CUPBOARD PROMOTION 2013

Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Entry is open to residents of Australia. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have prior parental or legal guardian consent to enter. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The entire promotional period opens at 9.00am (AEST) on Monday 1 July 2013 and closes at 8:59am (AEST) on Monday 12 August, 2013. The weekly entry periods will open, close and be drawn on the dates and times as stipulated below in table A. For the major prize, the entry period will open, close and be drawn on the dates and times as stipulated below in table A All draws will take place at the Promoter's premises 54 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000. All times are in AEST time. The weekly winners will be notified by telephone and in writing using the contact details given in their entry within two (2) days of the draw. The major prize winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using the contact details given in their entry within two (2) days of the draw. The major prize winner's name will be published in the public notices section of The Australian on Tuesday 20th August 2013.

Individuals must during the promotional period visit www.beautyawards.com.au, follow the prompts to vote in the Readers' Choice survey and then provide their first name, last name, address, daytime telephone number, current email address and submit the entry as instructed; or

Entrants can enter up to three (3) times per person per day. For the removal of doubt, an entry must consist of a Readers' Choice Survey into a minimum of one category to be considered valid entry for The Weekly prize draw. A valid entry into the major prize draw for the Ultimate Beauty Cupboard must consist of a complete Readers' Choice Survey in all 48 categories.
For removal of doubt, all non-winning entries in the weekly draw periods will rollover into subsequent draw periods. All valid entries received during the entire promotional period that have completed the Reader's Choice survey in all 48 categories will be entered into the major prize draw.

By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
