The Promoter may amend the Promotional Period in accordance with state legislative rules.
Contesting
Contesting will occur separately for each radio station (Station), as the Promotion is operated locally by each local radio station listed above “Promoter”.
Contesting Days are week days during the Promotional Period only, at specific times to be determined by the Promoter between 6:00am and 3:00pm local time on those days. An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
Entrants are only eligible to enter the competition via the local Station relevant to their state of residence. NSW residents are only eligible to enter throughout Week 1 of the competition (Monday 8 July 2013 to Friday 12 July 2013 inclusive).
Entrants must be in possession of a machine readable passport valid until or beyond 31 January 2014 (passport can be issued by either Australia or New Zealand).
Entrants must carry valid photo identification at all times;
Entrants must be available to travel on specific dates to be advised by the Promoter, which are subject to change. Travel is currently scheduled for dates between Monday 22 July 2013 and Wednesday 31 July 2013 (inclusive). Dates of travel are not negotiable and will be determined entirely at the Promoter’s discretion.
Relevant State(s) and/or Territory(ies)
Restricted to residents of Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Queensland and Western Australia.
Maximum Entries per person
The following restrictions apply to entrants:
(a) Any one (1) individual entrant will only have a maximum of one (1) entry in any one (1) Prize Draw.
(b) If a Finalist is not determined as a Winner in any one (1) Prize Draw, that entrant is permitted to enter the competition again on a different Contesting Day/s, but if the entrant is confirmed as a Winner, they are not permitted to enter the competition on any future Contesting Day/s.
(c) Any one (1) entrant can only win a maximum of one (1) Major Prize each throughout the Promotional Period.
(d) NSW residents are only eligible to enter throughout Week 1 of the competition (Monday 8 July 2013 to Friday 12 July 2013 inclusive).
Entry Procedure
To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period, participate as follows:
1. The Promoter will air a Cue to Call during Contesting Periods. The Cue to Call will be in the nature of a pre-recorded segment featuring Hamish Blake and/or Andy Lee and/or another voiceover artist. The Cue to Call will solicit individuals to call the Station Competition Line on 13 10 60.
2. For Entrants of NSW, VIC, WA & SA, each time the Station broadcasts a Cue to Call, the first one (1) caller (that meets the eligibility criteria) selected at random by that Station, will be confirmed on air as a finalist (Finalist). For Entrants of QLD, each time the Station broadcasts a Cue to Call, the first callers (that meet the eligibility criteria) selected at random by that Station, up to a maximum of four (4) callers each time a Cue to Call is aired, will each be confirmed as a finalist (Finalist).
3. Each Finalist will be assigned by the Station a menu item (Menu Item) to represent them on the Wheel. That assigned Menu Item will represent the Finalist on a Wheel on that Contesting Day. The Menu Item will be unique to that Finalist on

that Contesting Day.
Please note: Menu Items may be repeated or duplicated throughout the Promotion Period (eg “Special Fried Rice” may be assigned to a Finalist(s) on more than one (1) Contesting Day, but not on the same Contesting Day).
4. On each Contesting Day, all the Finalists (from each Station), will all be represented by their assigned Menu Item and on one Wheel. The Promoter will spin the Wheel on each Contesting Day to determine one (1) Major Prize Winner. The Wheel will spin and the Menu Item that it stops on will determine the Major Prize Winner.
5. There will be one (1) daily Finalist Draw on each Contesting Day, as stipulated in Draw Details. Each Finalist Draw will determine one (1) Major Prize Winner. There will be a maximum of ten (10) Finalist Draws to determine the ten (10) Major Prize Winners.
6. A Finalist will only be placed into the Finalist Draw held on the same day they were determined as a Finalist.
7. Each Finalist who is drawn as a Major Prize Winner will be announced on air at a time to be determined by the Promoter.
8. To avoid any doubt, all Finalists from Contesting on Monday 8 July 2013 will be represented on the Wheel by their assigned Menu Item. The Promoter will spin the wheel on Monday 8 July 2013. The Wheel will stop on a Menu Item assigned to a Finalist, and that Finalist is a Major Prize winner. The other Finalists who are not successful will not continue in the Promotion.

Hotel bookings and details (including but not limited to location) will be determined by the Promoter and are not negotiable.

Money Can’t Buy
Prize subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider. Prize winners’ details may be provided to a Prize Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment.
Prize Restrictions
All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Should the Prize include an event at which alcohol will be served, participants must be aged 18 years or over. Minors are not permitted to attend the Event. All prize winners and their guests must carry valid photo identification with them at all times during the Event. If alcohol is made available as part of the prize at the Event, then this will be provided subject to the principles of responsible service of alcohol as exercised by the staff and management of the premises at which the Event takes place. The premises staff and management reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any prize winner or their accompanying guest should they be deemed to be intoxicated.
The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the prize provider. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including additional spending money, passport and visa costs, transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any Travel Companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter makes no representations about the travel destination or government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
The winner and any Travel Companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they will be legally able to enter the country / destination prior to taking the Prize. If the winner and any Travel Companion(s) are refused entry to the country / destination, the Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any Travel Companion(s) (including accommodation costs) in relation to their denied entry to the destination / country.
The Major Prize does not necessarily include any “meet and greets” with Hamish Blake and/or Andy Lee and/or any other celebrities.
All Winner(s) and Travel Companion(s) are hereby notified that prior to redeeming their Prize, they will be required to complete and sign SCA documents: These documents will be provided by the Promoter with instructions as to the nominated return procedures. In the event that any Winner(s) and/or Travel Companion(s) who fail to complete any required documentation to a standard deemed appropriate by the Promoter, and/or fails to submit any required documentation as per the stipulated time / date, that Winner and their Travel Companion(s) will automatically forfeit the Prize.

Travel Companions
A Major Prize Winner may nominate one (1) guest (Travel Companion(s)) to accompany them to participate in the Prize fulfilment, subject to eligibility criteria as stipulated below.
To be eligible to participate in the Major Prize, Travel Companion(s) must meet the following eligibility criteria; Travel Companion(s) must:
(a) be aged 18 years or older;
(b) be in possession of a machine readable passport valid until or beyond 31 January 2014 (passport can be issued by either Australia or New Zealand);
(c) carry valid photo identification at all times; and
(a) be available to travel on specific dates to be advised by the Promoter, which are subject to change. Travel is currently scheduled for dates between Monday 22 July 2013 and Wednesday 31 July 2013 (inclusive). Dates of travel are not negotiable and will be determined entirely at the Promoter’s discretion.
Travel Companion(s) must sign and execute all relevant documents to participate in the Promotion and the Prize in accordance with the instructions of the Promoter.
Winner(s) are wholly responsible for communicating all relevant information about the Promotion and or their obligations and responsibilities to their nominated Travel Companion(s).
Additional flight / travel conditions
Flights are subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage. All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any flight delays, changes or cancellations. In the event of a flight and or other travel interruption, cancellation and or disruption, the Promoter will not be liable should the Winner and/or their Guest not be able to take part in any element of the Prize. Flight itineraries may include domestic connections within Australia. That is, some Winners and Guests may first be required to fly interstate within Australia in order to board a separate/connecting flight to the overseas destination.
