1.Offer is open to residents of Australia who are over the age of 18. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this offer are ineligible to enter.

2.To participate in an offer and receive a sample, claimants must, during the Offer Period: a.a.log onto the Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief website (www.colgatesensitiveprorelief.com.au)
b.b.click on the “Take the Challenge” link; and
c.c.follow the prompts to fully and correctly complete the Application form, including providing the claimant’s full name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and current and valid email address.

3.Offer is limited to the first 100,000 claimants.

4.Once a claimant submits their claim and the Promoter receives and confirms their claim has been successfully received, 1 x sample will be mailed to the residential address specified by the claimant in their claim form, subject to availability. Successful claimants should allow thirty one (31) days for their sample to be delivered. Any unclaimed samples at the conclusion of the Offer Period will be disposed of by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

5.The offer commences at 09:00 AEST on Thursday, 8th August 2013 and closes at 17:00 AEST on Tuesday, 29th October 2013, or while stocks last ('Offer Period'). Claims are limited to the first 100,000 claimants during the Offer Period. Claims received after 17.00 AEST on Tuesday, 29th October 2013 will not be accepted. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

6.Limit of one sample per household during the Offer Period.

7.Sample consists of a Colgate Sensitive Pro Relief 30g toothpaste valued at RRP $2.72. Total RRP value of all prizes = $272,000.

8.Samples are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

9.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a sample, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

10.The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to participation in this offer. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this offer.

11.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the offer.

12.11. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this offer (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the offer) and for promotional purposes surrounding this offer. By entering this giveaway, Claimants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the Claimant. Claimants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter's privacy policy by contacting the Promoter on (02) 9229 5600 during office hours.
