The competition period begins at 1.00pm (Brisbane Time) on 15/08/2013. Entries into the competition close at 11:59pm (BrisbaneTime) on 29/08/2013. (the "Promotion Period"). No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or delayed entries. 7. The Prize Pack is valued at $285. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Prizes are subject to availability. 9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 10. The entry method is by going to school mum and, using the offerpop widget, completing the tasks listed. This includes liking the Facebook page School Mum. 11. Privacy: We will not sell your information.. 12. You must complete all entry offerpop tasks to have a valid entry. You must be able to show that you have liked the page at the time of the draw on request. 13. You may complete as many Customer Requests as you wish but only one entry per day will be counted. 14. Employees of the promoters or any person associated with the competition or prize is ineligible to enter. 15. The competition will be randomly drawn at 2.00pm on Tuesday 03/09/2013 at School Mum Headquarters, Redcliffe Qld. Entrants are not required to be present at the draw. 16. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. 17. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter 18. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. 23. The winner will be published on the School Mum website. 24. The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of the prize draw by contacting School Mum. 25. An unclaimed prize draw would occur on the 10th September at 2.00pm at School Mum Redcliffe at 2.00pm. 26. The re-draw winner of the prize would be notified by email and posted on our School Mum website competitions page. 27. The promoters’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. 28. Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the promoter and not to Facebook.
