Terms and conditions
1. Entry and participation is free by way of subscribing to the Inspired by Gippsland email newsletter, and is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18, other than the members, employees and their families of Tourism Victoria and Destination Gippsland.
2. The promoters are Tourism Victoria, ABN 18 381 772 530 and Destination Gippsland, ABN 57 131 138 184.
3. A valid email address must be entered in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
4. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
5. One winning entry will be selected at random.
6. The random winner selected will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize is a GoPro HD HERO3 Black Edition valued at $399 (including GST).
8.The prize is non-refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers.
9.The prize will be mailed to the winner by registered post.
10. Entries close midnight, 26 September 2013 (AEST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery due to technical disruptions, network congestion or delays for any other reason.
11. The winner will be selected on 27 September 2013 at 10am at the offices of Tourism Victoria, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne.
12. The winners will be notified by email or phone.
13. The winner must claim the prize within one week of being notified of winning. Failure to claim the prize within one week will result in a redraw and you will not be entitled to any supplementary prize or benefit.
14. Entry in to this competition shall be deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. Any amendments to these terms and conditions (and any variations to the prizes) after publication will be placed on the website visitvictoria.com.
