Conditions of Entry - Star Trek Into Darkness 1.Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership (“Members”). 3. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015. 4.The competition commences Sunday, 15 September 2013 and ends Monday, 30 September 2013. 5.Winners will be drawn at Civic Video Pty Ltd 110 Bourke Rd, Alexandria NSW 2015 on Tuesday, 1 October 2013 at 4pm. 6.For the chance to win, like us on Facebook, and tell us who you would prefer over for a Movie Night - Captain Kirk or Spock during the promotion period (Sunday, 15 September 2013 to Monday, 30 September 2013). 7.Limit one entry made via facebook.com/CivicAustralia. 8.The first valid entry drawn will win A Star Trek Into Darkness prize pack consisting of 1 x STID Blu-tooth keyboard (RRP $29.99), 1 x STID Gaming Chair (RRP $150), 1 x STID Blu-tooth Speaker (RRP $85), 1 x STID Deck Chair (RRP $50), 1 x STID Ice Trays (RRP $10), 1 x Triple Play copy of STID ($49.99), 1 x BD of STXI ($29.99) valued at over $400. 9.The next 10 valid entries drawn will each win Star Trek Into Darkness on DVD (RRP $39.99) 10.Total prize pool is valued at $804.87. 11.Winner(s) will be drawn on Tuesday, 1 October 2013. 12.Winner(s) will be notified by email on/by Tuesday, 1 October 2013. 13.The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize. 14.The prize, and any portion of the prize, is not transferable nor is it redeemable for cash. 15.Unclaimed prize/s will be drawn on Tuesday, 14 January 2014 at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail, telephone and email where available by Tuesday, 28 January 2014. 16. Normal membership conditions apply. 17.The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 18.The promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. This may include in-store announcements in the winner’s nominated store and/or subscription to our electronic newsletter. Winners can opt out of in-store announcements by contacting the promoter directly either by phone on +612 9206 8800 or by sending a written request to the promoter’s address shown in point 2 of these Terms and Conditions. Email newsletter subscriptions (relevant to online entries only) can be cancelled by clicking on the “remove me from this list” link on the newsletter. 19.The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize.
