Terms & Conditions:

1. Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of a prize in this
promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. This competition is open to Australian residents, aged over 18 years who have purchased either Ki Immune Defence & Energy Formula 30 or 60 tablets during the Promotion Period, retained proof of the purchase and have provided a valid email address during entry (Eligible Entrant). Each purchase of Ki Immune Defence & Energy Formula 30 or 60 tablets entitles Eligible Entrants to one entry.
3. The promotion commences at 00:01am AEDST on 1st September and closes 23:59pm AEDST 31st October 2013 (Promotional Period).
4. Eligible Entrants must complete an entry form on the Martin & Pleasance website (www.martinandpleasance.com) and have retained their proof of purchase. Winners will be required to provide proof of purchase to Martin & Pleasance Pty Ltd prior to receiving their prize. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries or proof of purchase will be deemed invalid.
5. This is a game of chance. The result of draws (or re-draws, if applicable) are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The prize is a $1,000 Flight Centre Prepaid Visa Gift Card (including GST) and is subject to the terms and conditions of redemption and use. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable, unless otherwise specified. The Promoter will not be liable for any Flight Centre Prepaid Visa Gift Card that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
7. The prizes will be drawn on 8th November 2013 at 10.30am AEDST via random draw and the first 3 Eligible Entries drawn will be awarded the prize, at 7 Rocklea Drive, Port Melbourne, Victoria (Martin & Pleasance offices).
8. There will be three (3) prizes, each consisting of one $1,000 Flight Centre Prepaid Visa Gift Card. The maximum total prize pool value is $3,000 AUD. The winners will be notified by email and their names posted on the Martin & Pleasance website.
9. Employees of Martin & Pleasance Pty Ltd and associated business partners are not eligible to win the competition.
10. Promoterreservestherightinitssolediscretiontotakeanyactionthatmaybeavailableandtocancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
11. ThePromoterreservestheright,atanytime,toverifythevalidityofentriesandentrants(includingan entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and proof of purchase and disqualify any Entrant that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process (including if an automated entry or voting mechanism is used). Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. Intheeventofanyprizenotbeingacceptedorclaimedwithin3calendarmonthsofthewinner’sname being posted on the website and contacted via email, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to award the unclaimed prize to the next best Eligible Entrant determined by another prize draw from the remaining pool of eligible entrants. In the event this occurs the second prize draw will occur on Monday 10th February 2013 at 10.30am at 7 Rocklea Drive, Port Melbourne VIC 3207. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to contact winners.
