UNCLE TOBYS CHEERIOS - Sampling via Facebook Terms of Offer
1. Offer is open to residents of Australia who are fans of the UNCLE TOBYS Facebook Fan Page (“Eligible Claimant”). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this Offer and their immediate families are ineligible to claim.
2. The Offer is for one product to sample:
a. UNCLE TOBYS CHEERIOS 30g box.
3. The offer opens at 11:59am Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Monday 16 September 2013 & closes at 11.59am AEST on Monday 14 October 2013 or when 20,000 valid claims have been received, whichever event occurs first (“Offer Period”).
4. To submit a claim go to www.facebook.com/officialuncletobys then find the “Free Sample” tab and follow the prompts to complete your claim details, then submit.
5. Offer is limited to one claim per Eligible Claimant and is further limited to no more than one claim per household (residential address).
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process, including but not limited to making multiple claims or for otherwise submitting a claim that is not in accordance with these terms of offer.
7. Valid claims will be processed and sent to successful claimant by post within 28 days of the Promoter receiving the claim.
8. Each claim becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nestle.com.au/Pages/Privacy or calling 1800 005 510.
9. Claimants release Facebook from all liability in relation to this Offer and acknowledge that this Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and that any information provided by Claimants is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
