Jeanswest Spring Fashion Competition
Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter form part of these t
erms and conditions
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Em
ployees of the Promoter and their immediate
families and retailers within Lakeside Joondalup Sh
opping City and the retailers’ employees and
their immediate families are ineligible to enter. P
romotion commences at 9.00am on Monday 2
September 2013. Entries close at 5.30pm on Friday 4
October 2013.

How to Enter:
I. To enter the Jeanswest Spring Fashion Competitio
n, customers must fill out the entry form
in full on the back page of the Lakeside Joondalup
2013 Spring Fashion Magazine, cut it out
and place in the entry barrel located in Jeanswest
at Lakeside Joondalup.
II. Customers can enter as many times as they like.
III. Each eligible entry will go in the draw to win
a Jeanswest gift card valued at $1,000 and one
of ten Jeanswest jean vouchers valued at $100.
4. The first correct and eligible entry drawn will
win a Jeanswest gift card valued at $1,000. The nex
t
ten (10) correct and eligible entries drawn will wi
n a Jeanswest jean voucher valued at $100.
Total prize value is $2,000.
5. All Jeanswest gift card and jean voucher prizes
hold their own individual terms and conditions
which are available at Jeanswest Joondalup.
6. The draw will take place in Centre at 9.00am on
Monday 7 October 2013 in the Lakeside
Joondalup Centre Management Office. The winners wil
l be notified via phone and mail.
7. Judges decision is final and no correspondence w
ill be entered into.
8. If the winner is under the age of 15 years the prize
will be awarded to the winner’s parent or
guardian
9. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and canno
t be transferred or exchanged.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including
but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a
result of taking the prize, except for any liabilit
y which cannot be excluded by law.
11. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at
the same place as the original Jeanswest Spring
Fashion Competition Draw as is necessary at 9.00am
in Centre on Tuesday 7 January 2014 in
order to distribute the unclaimed prizes by that date.
12. All entries become the property of the Promoter
. All entries will be entered in to a database and
the entrants’ names and addresses may be used for f
uture promotional, marketing and publicity
purposes.
13. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptan
ce of all conditions of entry.
14. The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not a
ward the prizes where circumstances beyond
the Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from pr
oviding the prize. Should the Promoter
cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
(i) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled
by placing a notice at the Information Kiosk
in the shopping centre;
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) not use the personal information you have pro
vided on the entry form.

Lease by completing this entry form may be

on, to contact you if you are one of the winners
of the competition, advising the public of the winn

alup Shopping City. Contact may be by any
means of communication including telephone and elec
tronic messages (e.g. email). If the
information requested is not provided, you may not
enter the competition.

at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City
Centre Management on 9300 3888. An access fee may b
e charged to cover our costs of providing
the information to you.
From time to time this information may be used by a
nd disclosed to our service providers (such as
mail houses, delivery companies, market research) o
r related companies of Lend Lease. The
information will also be disclosed to Jeanswest. Th
e use and disclosure of this information will be
subject to the restrictions imposed on us by the Pr
ivacy Act 1988

t research and direct marketing, and disclosing
your information to third parties for those purpose
