In October The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Month will team up with Sydney Tower Eye to host Sydney’s Highest Cocktail Classes. Over the last four Thursday nights, the tower’s Observation Deck will become a classroom for cocktail connoisseurs who (like only a true connoisseur does) understands that a drink is never at its best, until paired with a spectacular view. Here’s your invite. Book a spot or, better yet, win one on us as we’re giving away a double-pass to this exquisite night out. You’ll begin promptly at 7pm. 250-metres above street level. Stunning sunset views of the city as your backdrop and delicious canapé in hand. As the sun goes down and dusk settles, keep that image in your mind. You’ll need it to perfect your iconic sunset-inspiredcocktails. 8pm serves as a good hour to master the art of cocktail-making. Allow the on-site Cocktail Maestro to demonstrate before emulating the concoction to professional grade.
