 Jetstar Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.

2. This competition is open to residents of Australia aged over 18 except employees of Perth Airport PTY LTD and their families and Jetstar employees. Only one entry per person.

3 There will be one prize winner, and the first selected by an independent person will win two return economy starter airfares to Lombok from Perth Airport (inclusive of airfare related taxes, charges and a maximum of 20kg luggage allowance for each traveler) with Jetstar.

4. Tickets are subject to availability and are non-refundable.

5. Flights from Perth Airport to Lombok commence 24 September 2013 subject to government and regulatory approval.

6. Travel must be coordinated by Jetstar within three (3) months of the winner accepting the prize, or the prize will be forfeited.

7. Travel must be completed by 30 October 2014 or the prize will be forfeited. Perth Airports decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner and their travel companion must travel together.

8. Flight bookings are subject to availability. Notice of intent to travel must be received at least 30 days prior to the winners proposed travel dates. Travel restrictions may apply. The cost of transfers, travel insurance, travel taxes, accommodations, parking, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize.

9. The winner and their companion may not accrue Qantas Points or other credits or points associated with any travel loyalty program.

10. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with travel discounts or special offers. Any extension or variation of the travel dates nominated by Jetstar (or Agent) will be at the cost and responsibility of the winner.

11. Any requests to extend or vary travel arrangements must be made in writing and must be received by Jetstar (or Agent) prior to time of booking. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation or amendment fee, at the cost and responsibility of the winner.

12. The closing date for the competition is 23.59, 31.10.13. Perth Airport cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending email is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not correctly provided.

13. The prize winner will be drawn at random from those entrants whose entries are valid in accordance with these conditions and have reached Perth Airport by the closing date.

14. The winner will be notified via email or phone call within 28 days of the closing date. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winner drawn within 90 days, there will be no further prize draws, as Perth Airports decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.

15. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentation or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.

16. Perth Airport reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in Perth Airport’s sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.

17. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.

18. The winner’s name will be announced via email and on Jetstar’s Facebook page.

19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Australia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

20. The promoter is Perth Airport, Level 2, 2 George Wiencke Drive, WA 6105.

21. Perth Airport reserves the right to disqualify entries for breach of terms and conditions.

22. All personal data provided by an entrant will be used by Perth Airport solely for the purposes of facilitating the competition including but not limited to publishing the name of the winner on its website, as well as providing the prize winners' details to third parties for the purposes of administering the competition.

23. All personal data will be destroyed within 120 days of the closing date of the competition, unless you have elected to receive further promotional or marketing information.
