Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees
of the Promoter and their immediate families and
retailers within Craigieburn Central and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible
to enter. Promotion commences at 9:00am on Thursday 31
stOctober 2013. Entries close at 10:00pmonFriday 20thDecember 2013.

To enter you must spend $100 or more from participating retailers during the Promotional period. One
entry form per $100 spend will be issued from the Customer Service Desk upon presentation of valid
receipt(s) or tax invoice(
s) from participating retailers as proof of purchase. Valid receipt(s) or tax
invoice(s) will need to be sighted and stamped in order to be presented with an entry form.
4.
Multiple receipt(s) or tax invoice(s) can be used by entrants to reach the $100 spend
. The multiple
receipt(s) or tax invoice(s) can be combined over the Promotional period. Original receipt(s) or tax
invoice(s) must be kept as proof of purchase for the Promotional period.
5.
To be a valid entry the entry form(s) must be an official original
entry form supplied by the Customer
Service Desk during the Promotional period. The entry form mandatory fields must be fully completed and
entered in the entry box provided by the Promoter located at the Customer Service Desk within the
Promotional period
.
6.
There is no limit on the number of times you may enter the Promotion.
7.
The Promoter has the right to add or to remove from the list of participating stores at any time during the
Promotional period. The relevant list of participating retailers will be displayed at the Customer Service
Desk and on the Craigieburn Central website (
www.craigieburncentral.com.au) during the Promotional
period.
8.
Bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and charges and
service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) are not accepted as part of this Promotion.
9.
There will be four prize draws during the promotional period:

The first prize draw will take place in centre
at 9am on Saturday 30th
November 2013. The first correct
and eligible entry drawn will win a new Hyundai i20 (Model PB/FL, 1.4L, 3 door hatch, 5 speed manual
active in Electric Red) valued at $18,490 RRP including dealer delivery charges, 12 months
registration and compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and GST. The prize is the basic model
with no added accessories.
The second correct and eligible entry drawn will win $1,000 value of Coles
gift cards. The total prize value of the first draw is $19,4

The second prize draw will take place in centre at 9am on Saturday 7

December 2013. The first
correct and eligible entry drawn will win a

The third prize draw will take place in centre at 9am on Saturday 14
thDecember 2013. The first correct
and eligible entry drawn will win a new

MHST3 in Amsterdam Gold) valued at $16,985 RRP, including dealer delivery charges, 12 months
registration and compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and GST. The prize is the basic model

The second correct and
eligible entry drawn will win $1,000 value of Coles
gift cards. The total prize value of the third draw is $17,985.
d.
The fourth and final prize draw will take place in centre at 9am on Saturday 21stDecember 2013. The
first correct and eligible entry drawn
will win a newHolden Barina Spark (1.2L 4 Cyl, 5 door hatch, 5
speed manual, Model: DOHC in Bluebell Blue) valued at $16,094 RRP including dealer delivery
charges, 12 months registration and compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and GST.
The prizeis the basic model with no added accessories.
The second correct and eligible entry drawn will win
$1,000 value of Coles gift cards. The total prize value of the third draw is $17,094.
Total prize value of the four draws is $71,663.

The winner(s) of the
prize draw will be notified via phone or email immediately after the draw.
ThePromoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the Prize winner by mail, email, telephone or otherwise to
arrange delivery of the Prize. A winner’s announcement will be made fo
llowing each draw on the centre’s
website (www.craigieburncentral.com.au) and facebook page (www.facebook.com/craigieburncentral). An
announcement will also be made following each draw in the public notices section of the Herald Sun
Newspaper on Tuesday 3rd
December, Tuesday 10th
December, Tuesday 17th
December and Tuesday24th
December 2013. If despite reasonable efforts the Promoter is unable to locate or contact
the Prize
winner, another Prize winner will be drawn and any subsequent winner will be notified in accordance with
these terms and conditions. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the
original draw as is necessary in centre at 9
am on Tuesday 21st
January 2014. If required, winners of this
draw will be announced on the centre website (w
www.craigieburncentral.com.au) and facebook page
(www.facebook.com/craigieburncentral). An ann
ouncement will also be made in the public notices section
of the Herald Sun Newspaper on Thursday 23rd
January 2014.

The Prize winner does not have to be present at the time or place of the draw.
12.
If the winner is under the age of 16 years the prize
will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
13.
The Prize winner will be required to provide proof of identity.
14.
Once the correct and eligible entry form(s) are drawn and the winner(s) have been notified, those entry
form(s) will not be returned to the
entry box. All entry forms apart from those drawn as winners, will remain
in the entry box until the end of the promotional period.
15.
Individual Terms and Conditions apply for the gift card prizes. Terms and Conditions are located on the
back of the gift card.
16.
The four (4) Prize winners of the first prize of each draw will be contacted by a representative of Mantello
Motor Group to arrange collection of the allocated prize at a time and date that suits the Prize winner(s)
and Mantello Motor Group.
17.
The Promoter may, but is not obliged to, publish the results of the Promotion. By entering into this
Promotion the Prize winner gives their consent for their personal details to be published if they are the
winner.
18.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will
be entered into.
19.
The prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
20.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to direct or consequential loss), or for person
al injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the
prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered in to a database and the
entrants’ names and addresses
may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
22.
If the entrant has opted on the entry form to receive future promotional communications about Mantello
Motor Group, all applicable entries will be provided to Mantello Motor Group for th
is purpose.
23.
Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
24.
The Promoter may cancel the Promotion and not award the prize(s) where circumstances beyond the
Promoter’s control prevent the Promoter from providing the prize(s).
Should the Promoter cancel the
Promotion the Promoter will:
(i)
advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the Customer Service Desk in
the shopping centre;
(ii)
promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii)
not use the personal information you have provided on the entry form.
