This information on how to enter the competition f
orms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into
the competition is deemed acceptance of these condi
tions.

The promoter is Terry White Management Pty Ltd. A

3.
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Emplo
yees (and their immediate families) of the
promoter, agencies and retail sponsors associated w
ith this competition are ineligible to enter.
4.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
5.
The competition commences at 9.00am AEST on Thursd
ay 17
th
October 2013 and closes at
9.00am AEST on Thursday 21
st
November, 2013.
6.
To enter, entrants must firstly purchase a pair of
Sava sunglasses in a Terry White Chemists
store and then visit www.terrywhitechemists.com.au/
savacomp to enter the receipt number,
place of purchase – store name and their personal c
ontact details. Entrants must then must
come up with a tagline for the Sava brand in 25 wor
ds or less and enter their tagline within the
competition page

Incomplete or offensive entries will be excluded f
rom the competition at the discretion of the
promoter.
8.
Entrants confirm and promise that their tagline an
swer is written by them and original, and does
not infringe the intellectual property rights of an
y third party.
9.
There are 10 individual prizes to be won. Each con
sists of 1 x Apple Mini iPad (total of 10 x
Apple Mini iPads available, with a total prize valu
e of $3,600). The 10 best valid entries as
determined by the judges will each win a prize.
10.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and
cannot be exchanged for cash.
11.
This is a game of skill. Each entry will be judge
d by a panel of judges comprised of three senior
staff members of Terry White Management Pty Ltd, on
e each from Marketing, Human Services
and Merchandising. The 10 most creative and imagina
tive entries, as chosen by our judges will
be deemed to be the winners.
12.
Judging will take place at Terry White Management
Pty Ltd, 50 Park Road, Milton QLD 4064 at
2.00pm AEST Thursday 21
st
November, 2013. The judges' decision is final and
no
correspondence will be entered into.
13.
The will use best endeavours to notify the winners
by telephone on the day of the prize draw.
14.
The winners first name will be published on the Te
rry White Chemists website and Facebook
page by 5.00pm on the day of the draw.
15.
The prize will be sent by registered post within o
ne week of the prize draw taking place(allow an
extra 3-5 days for delivery).
16.
To the extent that is permitted by law to do so, t
he Promoter makes no representations or
warranties, express or implied, under laws other th
an the Australian Consumer Law regarding
the quality or suitability of the prize awarded as
part of this competition and will not be
responsible for breach of any such implied term.
17.
The personal information collected will only be us
ed for the purpose of the competition. By
entering the competition, each entrant acknowledges
a further primary purpose of collection of
entrants personal information is for direct marketi
ng, to contact entrants with marketing
information and to market, improve and add to produ
cts and services that may be of interest to
entrants. The promoter may share information with t
hird parties who provide services to the
promoter. By entering the competition and opting in
at the point of entry into the competition,
each entrant agrees that the promoter may use the e

By entering the competition, each entrant consents

disclosing the entry on facebook for publicity, mar
keting and promotional purposes. Terry White
Management Pty Ltd will not be liable for any claim
as a result of, arising out of, or in any way

sure of the entry and you agree to indemnify
