Per person: Entrant may enter more than once, however can only win a maximum of one (1) prize in the Promotion.

Entry Procedure

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Go to the Website and register their details.
2. Answer the following questions in 50 words or less: „Why do you want to be at Dan and Maz‟s Pirate Party‟?
3. The Promoter will judge entries to determine up to thirty-three (33) Major Prize Winners.
Judging Details

Date: various times throughout the promotion
Time: Between 10am and 6pm

Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability. All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Throughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter may at their absolute discretion contact some Entrants either via phone call and/or in writing, to further discuss the details of that person‟s Entry. Any contact is not indicative of an Entrant‟s standing in the competition, and does no way indicate whether or not that Entrant has been selected as a Contestant/Finalist/Winner.

Prize Restrictions
All tickets are only valid for the date or period specified on the tickets or by the provider, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Should the Prize include an event at which alcohol will be served, participants must be aged 18 years or over. Minors are not permitted to attend the Event. All prize winners and their guests must carry valid photo identification with them at all times during the Event. If alcohol is made available as part of the prize at the Event, then this will be provided subject to the principles of responsible service of alcohol as exercised by the staff and management of the premises at which the Event takes place. The premises staff and management reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any prize winner or their accompanying guest should they be deemed to be intoxicated.
The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the prize provider. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, are the responsibility of the winner. The winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the same air carrier. The winner and any Travel Companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance (if not included in the prize) and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any Travel Companion(s) (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they and any Travel Companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize.
