TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

KOKO BLACK VIP DESSERT DEGUSTATION COMPETITION

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 16 years and older and are registered as 'liking' the official Tony Bianco fan page on Facebook during the time of the promotion or earlier. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

4. Multiple entries per person are permitted

5. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Promotion commences Thursday 7th November 2013 and will run until 11:59pm (AEST) Friday 22th November 2013 (the promotionperiod).

7. The judgingwill be conducted at 4/29 Cromwell St. Collingwood VIC 3066 at the end of thepromotion period (2 WEEKS) The winner will be selected from entries accumulatedduring the promotion period. The winner will be notified via email. Judges'decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. To enter, participants must subscribe, or be subscribed, tothe Tony Bianco fan page on Facebook through ‘LIKING’ the fan page and submittheir entry using the entry fields (name, email address) within the Koko Black& Tony Bianco application on the Tony Bianco Facebook page.

9. The winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter andannounced as the winner on the Tony Bianco Facebook page on 25th November2013. Prize winner will have 14 days to claim their prize.

10. Entrants guarantee on submission that the contents of theentry will not be obscene or defamatory.

11. By entering, the entrant or entrants agree that Tony Biancomay use entry materials for any promotional purposes.

12. By entering, the entrant or entrants also agree that theirpersonal information including name and email address will be automaticallyentered into the Tony Bianco and Koko Black database and may be used to furthermarket the Tony Bianco or Koko Black brands.

13. There is one (1) winner who will win the prize pack outlined below.

The prize is a 6 x Dessert Degustations (Valued at $132), 12 xPralines (valued at $25) and 12 x Truffles (valued at $25), 6 x Koko BlackBeverages (valued up to $50), 6 x Larger Hampers valued at $50. Total prizepool is valued at $532 and is available for redemption at Koko Black Carlton,Koko Black Royal Arcade, Koko Black Doncaster, Koko Black Highpoint, Koko BlackChadstone, Koko Black Collins St (VIC) or Koko Black Canberra (ACT) or KokoBlack Claremont (WA).


If the winner is an existing VIP member their card will be credited with the value of $200 in Tony Bianco points to be spent in store (Tony Bianco Boutiques) or online (www.tonybianco.com.au)

If the winner is a non member you will be required to provide some details and Tony Bianco will sign you up as a VIP member and credit your account with the value of $200 in Tony Bianco points to be spent in store (Tony Bianco Boutiques) or online (www.tonybianco.com.au)

plus the winner and their friends will receive Tony Bianco gift vouchers $50

This prize isnot transferable for cash and does not include transportation to and from anyof the available eight Koko Black Salons in VIC, ACT and WA.

14.Theprize date must be fulfilled within a year of issue

15. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in theprize value from day to day during the promotion period. Prizes or any unusedportion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken ascash.

16. The Promoter may review further entries, at the same placeas the original judging is held, as necessary on 9th December 2013 inorder to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject however to anywritten directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations1993 (SA).

17. In the event that a prize, or an element of a prize, is/arenot available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in itsdiscretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specificationsubject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.

18. If for any reason this competition is not capable of runningas planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs,tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any othercauses beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect theadministration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of thiscompetition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion todisqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject toany written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel,terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

19. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems ortechnical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on linesystems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technicalproblems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or anycombination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage toparticipants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting fromparticipation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

20. Any costs associated with accessing the Tony Bianco page onFacebook is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internetservice provider used.

21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damagewhatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequentialloss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result ofparticipating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for anyliability which cannot be excluded by law.

22. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency ordisaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify orsuspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the variouslottery Departments.

23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any merchandise thathas been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.

24. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receiptinto the promotional database and not at the time of transmission by theentrant.

25. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information inorder to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided,the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion,unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may usethis information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicitypurposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to theentrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personalinformation may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments andwinners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Arequest to access, update or correct any information should be directed to thePromoter at their address set out below.

26. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name,likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (incl. photograph,film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of timewithout remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (includingany outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/orsupplied by the Promoter.

27. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners toprovide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize deliveryaddress. Identification considered suitable for verification is at thediscretion of the Promoter.
