Terms and Conditions

Promotion conditions: The promoter is Flight Centre Limited trading as Quickbeds (ABN 25 003 377 188) of 545 Queen Street, Brisbane, Queensland, 4000 (“Promoter”). The Promotion will commence at 12 noon  AEST on Monday 18 November 2013 and will continue until 5.00pm AEST on Monday 2 December 2013 (“Promotion Period”). Entry is free and open to all residents of in Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of Flight Centre Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. (“Eligible Entrants”). To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period, visit http://www.quickbeds.com, click on the competition and then submit a completed competition entry form online. Maximum one entry per Eligible Entrant. A random manual prize draw of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will take place at The Flight Centre Limited Offices, Level 1, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane, QLD at 10am AEST on Tuesday 3 December 2013 (“Prize Draw”). The first Eligible Entrant drawn (“Winner”) will receive

The maximum prize value is $2690  per Prize (total maximum prize pool is $2690). The Prize must be taken prior to 3 December 2014.  Redemption of the Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner and is subject to supplier availability at the time of booking.  The Winner must book all components of the Prize with a representative of the Promoter. The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-negotiable and may not be replaced or refunded. Any changes, add-ons and additional costs associated with using the Prize (including but not limited to any expenses incurred travelling to either Brisbane Domestic Airport or Sydney Domestic Airport, any additional accommodation, insurance, transfers, spending money & booking changes) are the responsibility of the Winner. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value, subject to any direction of a lottery authority. If the Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Winner with a substitute prize. The Winner will be notified by phone and email on Tuesday 3 December 2013 and their name will be published in a follow up email from Quickbeds sent to all competition entrants on Tuesday 3rd December 2013 and on the Quickbeds Facebook Page.  The Prize will be delivered to the Winner within [7 business days] of the Winner being decided. If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Winner by 5pm AEST on Monday 3 March 2014  the Promoter may conduct a further draw at Flight Centre Limited Offices – Level 1, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane at 10am on Tuesday 4 March 2014 (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”), subject to any written direction of the state or territory lottery authorities.  The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by email on Tuesday 4 March 2014. All conditions applying to the original winner will also apply to any winner determined by an Unclaimed Prize Draw. Entry forms remain the property of the Promoter. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to be contacted by the Promoter about the Promotion and to participate in the Promoter’s publicity activities as reasonably requested.  By entering this Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information they provide in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at http://www.flightcentre.com.au. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from this Promotion, except that which cannot be excluded by law.
