By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the terms and conditions of the competition.

Terms and Conditions:

1-This competition is being run through Brand Smart, customers may only enter this competition by entering their detail via the Facebook win app. Customers can enter every day to be in the chance to win. This is a Victorian Based competition. With all prizes to be collected in person from Brand Smart Premium Outlet Centre, Nunawading

2- Promotional period one - This promotion starts on 1st October and concludes on 31st October, 2013

3-To be in the running to win one of our daily prizes from our premium retailers at Brand Smart. Prizes must be picked up in person from Brand Smart Nunawading.

4-The daily winner of the Competition will be determined by random draw. The draw will take place at Brand Smart Centre Management daily at 11am. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner need not be present at the draw.

5-Winners and will be notified by email and/or facebook private message. Winners with prizes below $250.00 will be announced via our facebook page and website weekly with consent. We are required to post full details of winners if the prize value is over $250.00.

6- Each entrant consents via entering the competition to any personal information disclosed to be added to the Brand Smart, ShopIT Now and First in Best Dressed database, and to be used for future promotions, VIP offers and communication.

7- Competition is not open to employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies, retailers at the Centre and any other agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

8-The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

9- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any approval or directions from a regulatory authority.

10- Entrants must ensure to fill out the form with all required information to be eligible for the prizes.

11- The Promoter's decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
