Eye Slices Australia – Competition Terms and Conditions 1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 2. You must be 18 years of age or over and must live in Australia ONLY to enter this competition (people living in ACT are excluded from this comp). An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. 3. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 4. The terms and conditions also apply to the Eye Slices Facebook page. 5. The Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize if the entrant fails to meet these terms. 6. The competition period begins at 12.15am (Brisbane Time) on 24/11/2013. Entries into the competition close at 11:59pm (BrisbaneTime) on 15/11/2013 15/12/2013. (the "Promotion Period"). No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or delayed entries. 7. The Prize Pack is valued at $800 (first prize) and $480 (referral prize). First prize 20 x eye slices pack worth $40 each to be won by 20 different winners (one each). The Referral prize is 12 x eye slices packs worth $480 total. 8. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Prizes are subject to availability. 9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 10. The entry method is by going to the Eye Slices Australia Facebook Page and, using the Easypromo app, and completing the tasks listed. This includes liking the Facebook page Eye Slices Australia and joining their mailing list. 11. Privacy: We will not sell your information.. 12. You must complete all entry Easypromo tasks to have a valid entry. You must be able to show that you have liked the page at the time of the draw on request. 13. You Must sign up with your e-mail to receive our sales and monthly newsletter to be eligible to win. 14. The competition will be randomly drawn at 12.00pm on Monday 16/12/2013 at Good Funny Smart Headquarters, Sandgate Qld. Entrants are not required to be present at the draw. 16. The promoter will notify the winner and will send out the prize to a nominated postal address. 17. The winners must claim the prize within 7 days of the prize draw by contacting Eye Slices Australia. 25. An unclaimed prize draw would occur on the 6th of January 2014 at 2.00pm at Good Funny Smart Sandgate. 26. The re-draw winner of the prize would be notified by e-mail and posted on our Eye Slices Australia facebook competitions page. 27. The promoters’ decision is final.
