Entry
1.    Entry into this competition (the “Competition”) is open to all permanent residents of Australia.
2.    Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3.    Competition is run by Menulog Pty Ltd ABN 76 120 943 615 located in Suite 1, Level 9, 447 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
4.    Menulog employees (or immediate family) are not eligible to enter.
5.    Competition commences on 12th November 2013 and closes 23.55hrs on 2nd December 2013 (the “Competition Period”)
6.    To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants like Menulog.com.au on Facebook and complete the entry form.
7.    All entries must include the entrant’s email address, post code and an answer to the creative question to be eligible for entry. It is the entrants’ responsibility to inform Menulog if their email address changes during the Competition Period.
8.    Only one entry per user.

Prizes
9.     There will be one winner.
10.    Winner will be awarded with Menulog vouchers with the value of $500, consisting of 12x $25 and 4x $50 vouchers.
11.    Only one voucher can be used per order. Delivery only, Credit Card Only. All vouchers are valid for one year beginning 5th Dec 2013 until 5th Dec 2014. Vouchers can only be used in full (ie. no change is given)
12.    Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
13.    Menulog Pty Ltd is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prizes occurring between publishing date and date the Prizes is claimed. All Prizes values are in Australian dollars.
14.    All Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize.
15.    No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter Menulog Pty Ltd for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent the Prize winners from winning the Prize.

Winners
16.    The prize winner who has filled out all mandatory details and completed the entry form question with the most creative answer will be announced on the 5th December 2013.
17.    Winner will be displayed on Menulog marketing collateral and notified by e-mail.
18.    Unless otherwise stated, all timing references are based on Sydney, NSW Australia time.

General
19.    Subject to relevant state authority approval, Menulog reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prizes including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
a.      Prize winners does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or
b.      Menulog cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prizes for any reason beyond its control.
20.    No responsibility will be accepted by Menulog for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Menulog’s database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. Menulog accepts no responsibility for out-dated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates.
21.    Menulog  reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of Menulog, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.
22.    A decision of Menulog in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
23.    Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Menulog shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prizes or entering the Competition.
24.    All entries become the property of Menulog and may be communicated to the public by Menulog or used for promotional purposes, subject to the Menulog’s privacy policy which is available at www.menulog.com.au. By entering the Competition, the Prize winner agrees to the use of their name, image, audio-visual recording and/or photograph/s, without compensation, and agrees that Menulog will own copyright in any such images, audio-visual recordings and photograph/s.
25.   By entering the Competition, participants consent to receiving the Menulog newsletter to the e-mail address submitted in their entry. Entrants can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.
26.   This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in winning.
