To celebrate summer we are giving our customers the chance to win one of ten 5 night escapes to Surfers Paradise, just by shopping or dining in Centre!!

Each escape is valued at over $1,800 and includes:

    5 night's accommodation at Holiday Holiday apartments
    $500 shopping voucher
    Family pass to Infinity Attraction
    Endotarama treatment from Endota Spa


To enter, simply shop or dine at Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre in Surfers Paradise during the summer school holidays.  Winners will be chosen at random in-centre during the school holiday period.

To enter and be eligible to win, you mu

Renaissance Shopping Centre, spending a minimum of $15 on an eligible purchase.

Winners will be
chosen at random while they shop or dine by the
Summer Escape Artist

at
predetermined but undisclosed times.

There will
be 10
winners in total
and each winner will receive 5 night’s accommodation in a 2
bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at Holiday Holiday apartments, an Endotarama spa treatment from
Endota Spa, a family pass to Infinity Attraction a

a $

shopping
voucher to be u
sed at any food
outlet, café or restaurant
at Chev
ron Renaissance Shopping Centre where EFTPOS is accepted.
The
total value of the prize package is $1,850.

Winners will be awa
rded their prize immediately when they are revealed as an eligible prize winner
.
The prize will include certificates that must be presented to individual retailers to claim each prize
element.
The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

authorise the transfer of the prize to a friend or family m
ember.
However, winners
are required to contact

retailer

to authorise the transfer, prior to
the new winner0
claiming
the
prize.
The prizes cannot be further transferred or exchanged for cash o
r any other products or
service.
11.
The prizes and gi
ft vouchers received may only be available for use/redemption at store

located
within
Chevron Renaissance
Shopping Centre
, and not at other outlets owned or managed by the
same retailer.
12.
The prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or
exchanged, unless where
specified above. The prize can only be used once.
13.
Each element of the prize may have different expiry dates, and it is the winner
’
s responsibility to
ensure they use each element of
the
prize within the
rele
vant
dates specified.
14.
The following terms and conditions are recognised for the accommodation portion of the prize:
(a) Winners can use
the accommodation package at Holiday Holiday apartments in Chevron
Renaissance Towers only.
(

)
W
inners can pay an additional $50 per night to upgrade to a
2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment
.
(c
)
W
inners can pay an additional charge of $15 per night for an extra person staying in the
apartment, and a rollaway bed is avail
able for hire at $50 for the entire length of the stay.
(
d
)
A
surcharge will apply if winners wish to use the accommodation package during peak seasons
such as Easter, Indy, New Year and School Holidays. The surcharge will be calculated on the market
price minus the cost of the prize (i.e. $625).
(e
) A
ccommodation
is subject to availability. Winners are required to contact Holiday Holiday to find
out about availability and confirm their dates 4 weeks prior to arrival.

he prize cannot be used during schoolies.

ancellation fees apply.

he
accommodation
prize must
be used before 25 December 2014.

pon check

in the guest will be asked to pay a $300 security bond. The bond will be refunded
normally within 48 hours

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but
not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of
taking the prize, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.

All entries become the property of the Promoter

the associated retailers that are partners in this
campaign
. All entries will be entered into a database and the entrants’ names and

addresses
may be used
for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time.
