TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.
The Promoter is the Urban Renewal Authority, trading as Renewal SA, GPO Box 698
Adelaide SA 5001 (“Promoter”).
ENTRY
2.
By entering into and participating in the promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally
agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions and is deemed to have read and
understood these Terms and Conditions.
3.
Entrants must be eighteen years of age
or older and a resident of Australia. Employees of the
Promoter, contractors of the Promoter or employees of City of Port Adelaide Enfield are not
eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4.
The promotion commences at 9am, Sunday 26 Janua
ry 2014 and closes at 2pm, Sunday 26
January 2014 (“Promotional Period”). All qualifying and appropriately completed entry forms
entered during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the prize draw.
5.
To enter, the entrants must, during the Promotion
al Period fill out the nominated promotion
entry form and survey, register their details, including (but not limited to) name, address,
postcode, email and contact telephone number.
6.
All promotion entry forms are the property of the Promoter.
7.
By completing the entry form, each entrant agrees for the Promoter to contact them by
telephone to notify them if they win a prize.
8.
It is the participant’s responsibility to clearly complete the promotion entry form thoroughly
and accurately. Incomplete or ille
gible entries will not be eligible to win a prize.
9.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of
Australian residency status and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Acceptance
of proof of ide
ntification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the
discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide proof, the winner will
forfeit the prize in its entirety and no substitute will be offered.
10.
The promot
er reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions.
PRIZE
11.
The value of the prize, delivery and o
ther charges are shown in Australian Dollars and
includes GST (where applicable). Prices are current at the time of the promotion but are
subject to change.
12.
The prize is/prizes are one (1) of five (5) double adult passes to the St Jerome’s Laneway
Festival, to be held in Port Adelaide, 7 February 2014. Each prize value is $252.00
13.
The prizes remain the property of the Promoter until claimed by the winner.

14.
The winners will be the first five (5) valid entries drawn randomly at the Renewal SA offices
,
Level 9, Riverside Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide.
15.
The prizes will be drawn at 12.30pm, Tuesday 28 January 2014.
16.
The winners will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the draw.
17.
If the prizes remain unclaimed one month after the draw,
the Promoter may dispose of the
prizes and the winners will be taken to have forfeited any right to the prize.
18.
All prizes are non
-
transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
19.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may
arise from the prize
winnings.
20.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability if a winner is unable to be contacted, and
all methods of communication are unsuccessful.
21.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost
in transit.
FINAL CONDITIONS
22.
Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as listed.
Failure to observe these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.
23.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (inclu
ding, without limitation, indirect or
consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including
but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with entering the
competition or taking or usi
ng the prizes, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law
(in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
24.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
25.
The Promoter assumes no respo
nsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that
ma
y be available.
26.
All details of the entrants will be used and preserved in accordance with the South Australian
Government’s Information Privacy Principles. All details will be used by the Promoter to
provide entrants with regular updates on and communi
cations regarding the Port Adelaide
Renewal Project only.
27.
All times are in Australian Central Daylight Time.
28.
All promotional material including information on advertisements, social media, signage and
websites form part of the conditions of entry.
29.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to causes including
but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or aff
ect the administration security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its
sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify any individual who tampers
with the entry process, tak
e any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the competition (subject to applicable laws and regulations
