Contesting Days Week days only between Monday 20th January and Friday 31st Jan 2014 Times 6.00am to 3.00pm AEST Contesting: An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”. Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older. Entrants must be in a suitable physical condition to take part in the Raw Challenge. Entrants must be available to attend the training sessions at Genesis Fitness Entrants must be available to compete in Raw Challenge on the 22 February 2014. Entrants must agree to adhere to any public liability or waiver supplied by Raw Challenge before participating in the event Relevant State(s) Restricted to residents of Tasmania. Maximum Number of Entries unlimited Entry Procedure Entrants must, during the promotional period: Visit the Website, nominate which team they would like to be a part of and complete the entry form. All valid entrants will be entered into a draw. The promoter will conduct a draw to determine a winner. Prize winners details may be required to a Prize Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment. Prize Restrictions If the Prize winner, or recipient or participant in a challenge or activity conducted in connection with this Promotion is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian of that person must be present for the duration of that event, as one of the participants. Successful entrants will compete in the Raw Challenge with either team Sea or Team Heart. After the specific challenge is complete and participant is finished, they are able to go back and participate separately. Winners can chose to leave the segment or pull out of the activity at any time. Should there be alcohol served, participants must be aged 18 years or over. Minors are not permitted to attend the Event. All prize winners and their guests must carry valid photo identification with them at all times during the Event. If alcohol is made available as part of the prize at the Event, then this will be provided subject to the principles of responsible service of alcohol as exercised by the staff and management of the premises at which the Event takes place. The premises’ staff and management reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any prize winner or their accompanying guest should they be deemed to be intoxicated. Winners must produce ID to be eligible to claim a prize. Total Prize Pool Minimum of $552. Notification of Winners Winners will be notified by telephone within 2 days of being determined |
