related graphics and other materials published by Bakers Delight on this website, provided that:
• The use is for non-commercial purposes only.
• The documents, pictures or related graphics available from this site are not changed in any way.
As a user of our website, you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or
otherwise use any material from this website without the express prior written consent of Bakers Delight
Holdings Pty Ltd.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
The Promoter is Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd. ABN 88 052 528 202 of Level 1, 293 Camberwell
Road, Camberwell,Victoria 3124 (Promoter).
By entering this promotion you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms) and the Promoter in
its sole and absolute discretion may refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms
and Conditions.
1. Promotion Period
1.1 The promotion commences 10am Saturday 25 January 2014 and concludes 11.59pm Monday 27 January
2014.
1.2 Entries must be submitted to the competition post on the Bakers Delight Facebook page before the stated
closing date of the promotion period.
1.3 The operating time for the Bakers Delight Facebook page is EST.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia (Eligible Entrant) excluding: the Promoter’s
employees, bakery operators, suppliers and their immediate families;
2.2 The Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its sole and
absolute discretion.
2.3 An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian in
order to participate.
2.4 Eligible Entrants:
(a) can only enter the Promotion in their own legal name;
3. Determining the winner
3.1 The prize winners will be determined by the Promoter’s judging panel and process.
3.2 All of the Promoter’s judging panel’s decisions are final and binding on each person who enters the
competition and no correspondence will be entered into. 3.3 Unless advertised differently, the prize winners will be notified by email or phone at the end of the
Promotion.
3.4 If for any reason the Promoter believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms or the
Promotion requirements, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award a Prize.
3.5 Winners will be notified by the Promoter if their entry is selected as the winner of the competition.
3.6 The judging period begins once the Promotion Period closes.
4. How to Enter
(a) Submit an entry to the competition post on the Bakers Delight Facebook page.
5. Determining the winning entry
5.1 The prize winners will be determined by the Promoter’s judging panel and process.
5.2 All of the Promoter’s judging panel’s decisions are final and binding on each person who enters the
competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.3 Unless advertised differently, the prize winners will be notified by direct message, email or phone at the
end of the Promotion.
5.4 If for any reason the Promoter believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms or the
Promotion requirements, the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse to award a Prize.
6. Prize
6.1 The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash or sold.
6.2 The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot and will not be varied.
7. Monitoring and Moderation
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to monitor and moderate all entries.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to remove any entries considered to be of an offensive or defamatory
nature.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to remove any entries that it considers
to against the spirit of the competition.
8. General Conditions
8.1 All entries will become the property of the Promoter.
