Maltesers Moonlight Cinema and WAtoday.com.au are giving you the chance to win one of twenty double passes to check out the many great films on offer under the stars at Synergy Parkland in Kings Park this summer!

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

2. This is a game of skill with entrants answering the question, 'What does summer mean to you' in 25 words or less as well as sending in their contact details to WAtoday.com.au.

3. Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age and Western Australian residents only. Employees of Fairfax Digital Australia and New Zealand Pty Limited, the promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.

4. Promotion commences on 28 January 2014 and closes at 1pm AWST, 14 February 2014. Promotion will be via http://www.watoday.com.au.

5. There are 20 prizes given away for the duration of the competition. The draws will take place at 2pm, February 14, at Fairfax Digital, Level 2, 435 Roberts Rd, Subiaco, Perth. All winners will be notified by email. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. To enter: User's must send their entry and contact details: name, age, address, phone number and email address to: competitions@watoday.com.au

7. Prize Details are as follows, 20 winners each receive 1x double pass in the form of online redemption codes and can be used for any film or session across the season (besides some selected preview screenings). Each prize item is valued at $32 (inc GST)

8. All above prizes include GST. The total maximum prize pool is valued at $720 inc GST. Each prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

9. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on, in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed by that date

10. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

11. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database. The promoter may use the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
