1. This offer is open only to subscribers of Penguin’s Read More e-newsletter. To enter complete
the online entry form as directed through to 5pm AEST Friday 31, January, 2014. You may enter
once only. If you enter more than once only your first entry received will be considered valid and
included in the prize draw.
2. This promotion is open only to Australian residents with the exception of those related to
employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this
promotion. The Promoter, Penguin (Group) Australia accepts no liability for any problems or
technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on–line systems, servers, or
providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems and/or traffic congestion on
telephone networks or lines that cause late or delayed entries, or for any lost and/or misdirected
entries not received by the closing date.
3. Judging will commence from 10am AEST Monday 3 February, 2014 at Penguin Books
Australia, 707 Collins Street, Melbourne Victoria, 3008.
4. Five entries randomly drawn as winners will each receive a signed copy of My Life: Li Na
(valued at $29.99rrp, the total valued of the prizes on offer is $149.95rrp)
5. The winners will be notified by phone/email and announced in the next issue of Penguin’s
Read More e-newsletter. You must claim your prize within 14 days after we notify you.
6. Your prize will be sent to you within 28 working days after claiming the prize.
7. The winner will be determined by random draw. The judge’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
9. All entries become the property of Penguin (Group) Australia.
11. Penguin accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdirected prizes.
12. Participation is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other goods or services.
