TERMS AND CONDITIONS: DAY OR NIGHT COMPETITION

TERMS &CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.


2. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and older. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. If you are under 18 years old as at the start date of the competition, you are required to obtain your legal guardian's permission to enter.


3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.


4. The promoter accepts no responsibility accepted for late,lost or misdirected entries.


6. Only one prize per household is allowed.


5. Promotion commences 2pm AEDT 04/03/2014. Entries close 11.59pm AEDT on 11/03/2014 (the Promotion Period).


7. The judging will be conducted at 1-9 Moreland Road, East Coburg VIC 3058 on 12/03/2014.The winners will be notified via email and announced on the Salt&Pepper Facebook page the same day of judging. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


8.Entry is accepted via the Salt&Pepper Facebook page(www.facebook.com/SaltandPepperHome). To enter, participants must submit an entry via the competition post, answering the creative question: “Which suits your personality: early riser or night owl?”


9. The best and most creative/entertaining entry, as judged by the Promoter, will win. Entries will be judged solely on creative merit. Any entry not including responses in all required fields shall be deemed invalid.


10. There will be 2 winners in total. One (1) winner will receive a Salt&Pepper MALVERN prize pack containing one (1) MALVERN 1.2L TEAPOT, four (4) STUDIO BLUE TEACUP &SAUCER 240ML, one (1) MALVERN 40X17.5CM RECTANGULAR TRAY and one (1) STUDIO BLUE 16CM APPETISER PLATE. This prize pack is valued at AUD $132.50 RRP.

One (1) winner will receive a Salt&Pepper GALLERY prize pack containing one (1) GALLERY STUDIO 28CM PURPLE  GLASS BOTTLE,  one (1) S&P GALLERY STUDIO 38CM PURPLE  GLASS BOTTLE  and one (1) GALLERY 28 x 15CM PURPLE GLASSWARE .This prize pack is valued at AUD $149.85RRP.

11. Total prize value is AUD $282.35 RRP incl. GST. Total prize pool value is AUD $282.35 RRP incl. GST. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.


12. In the event that a prize, or an element of a prize, is/are not available, the Promoterreserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.


13. If for anyreason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but notlimited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorisedintervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the controlof the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness,integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves theright in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with theentry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the variousLottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.


14. The Promoteris not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephonenetwork or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computerequipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internetor at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to)any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related toor resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in thiscompetition.


15. Any costsassociated with accessing the Salt&Pepper Facebook page is the entrant'sresponsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.


16. The Promotershall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personalinjury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in thispromotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannotbe excluded by law.


17. In the eventof war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves theright to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.


18. The Promotershall not be liable for any prizes/merchandise that has been lost, stolen,forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.


19. All entriesare deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional databaseand not at the time of transmission by the entrant.


20. The Promotercollects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. Ifthe information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate inthe promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, eachentrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any mediafor future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any furtherreference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending theentrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed toState and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published asrequired under the relevant lottery legislation. Entrantsconsent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voicein the event they are a winner (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of thesame) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for thepurpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promotingany products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.


22. The Promoterreserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity andresidency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification consideredsuitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
