This date is subject to change and will be confirmed by Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Ltd. 13) Nickelodeon Australia Management Pty Ltd will be responsible for booking and paying for flights and accommodation and tickets to the Nickelodeon 27th Annual Kids Choice Awards. 14) The four (4) tickets must be redeemed to coincide with the Nickelodeons 27th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday, 29th March 2014. 15) The prize values are correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken. 16) All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. 17) Prize does not include visas, travel insurance, items of a personal nature, meals (other than featured in the itinerary), laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or upgrades etc. 18) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any traveling companions) must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Adults must be 18 years or over and children must be 14 years and under. 19) A valid passport is required for all international journeys. All passports must be valid for six (6) months prior to departure. It the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions to ensure they have all required travel documentation (including but not limited to passports & visas) as required for travel to the destination point. All costs associated with obtaining this travel documentation is the responsibility of the winner. 20) The four (4) flights for each trip must be utilized at the same time, for the same travel dates, to and from the same destination. The air tickets are available on regular scheduled services of each airline. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. All travel is subject to availability at all times. Winners and their prize companions are responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Travel suppliers/airlines to be chosen at Promoter’s discretion. Frequent flyer points are not available from any airline. 20)21) Nickelodeon’s 27th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards will be hosted by Viacom International, Inc and their representatives. 21)22) Entry to Nickelodeon’s 27th Annual Kids’ Choice Awards may be subject to the host and venue operator’s conditions of entry. Any refusal of entry to the venue by or on behalf of the host or venue operators will be at the venue operator’s sole discretion and no alternative prizing will be awarded in the case of refusal of entry. Event attendees who are intoxicated or under the influence of any illicit substance will be refused entry and may be removed from the premises. 22)23) Winner and guest acknowledge that filming may take place at the event and by entering this competition each agrees that representatives of Viacom International Inc may record, reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate or otherwise use the winner and their guest’s performances, names, voices, and likeness for the purposes of creating or producing any television program or other audio, visual and/or audio-visual material and for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without needing to provide additional Show Mornings Promotion compensation. Where the winner or guest has any moral rights in such materials, each agrees to consent to such use of the materials that but for that consent may amount to a breach of those moral rights. 23)24) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to present their credit card upon arrival at any hotel to cover all incidentals they may incur including their stay at that hotel. 24)25) Unless specified otherwise, the winner (and their companions) are responsible for all expenses including, without limitation, spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), activities (unless specified), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, and all other ancillary costs that may incur at the hotel. 25)26) In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal or greater recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments. 26)27) It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner(s) must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements (as applicable). 27)28) It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner agrees to participate in and cooperate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed and filmed and the winner grants the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use. JUDGING 30)31) Each valid entry received during the Competition Period will be submitted for judging by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises on Monday 17th March 2014 at 09:00 AEDST. The entrant(s) whose entry is deemed to be the most creative and original out of all valid entries received will be deemed the winner(s). The Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. 31)32) The prize winner(s) will be notified by telephone and in writing using the contact details given in their entry. 32)33) The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being notified or a winner’s name Show being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In such circumstances, an additional judging will be conducted. 33)34) The Promoter’s decisions in relation to all aspects of this Competition are final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into. SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 34)35) All entries must be: a) the original independent creation of the entrant; b) owned by the entrant; and c) free of any claims, including copyright or trade mark claims by other parties. 35)36) If your entry is selected as a winning entry, validation of your circumstances/ the validity of your entry will be undertaken by the Promoter. Method of validation (without limitation) will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion. If the winning entry is deemed to be a winner, the winner will be notified as per the terms and conditions herein. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a person/s mistakenly represents themselves to be a winners parent and/or legal guardian, then that person will be liable for all costs associated with relocating and/or re-awarding the prize (including but not limited to and administrative fees incurred by the Promoter).
