RoyalAuto Vixens tickets competition

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry.

2. Any RACV member who visits facebook.com/RACVRoyalAuto and selects their favourite Vixens player by comment on the promotional post during the Promotion Period and sends a private message to the RACVRoyalAuto page with their member number will be entered in the draw. Competition commences 12.01pm 7 March 2014 and closes 2pm 14 March 2014 (the Promotion Period).

3. Competition entry is restricted to RACV members and to one entry per person.  Additional entries will result in entrant being disqualified from the Competition. Non-RACV members are ineligible to claim the prize.

4. This competition is won by chance amongst entrants who have commented on the promotional post and sent a private message to RACVRoyalAuto on Facebook containing their member number. Entrants are not judged on the quality of their entry.

5. All employees of the promoter or its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter. The competition is restricted to residents of the State of Victoria.

6. The draw will take place at 3pm Friday, 14 March 2014 at 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, Victoria.

7. The package is valued at $750 with the total prize pool worth $750.

8. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize. Winner will be announced via Facebook at 4pm Friday 14 March, 2014 via a wall post. The winning member will be required to send the RACVRoyalAuto page a private message with their name, member number, phone number and postal address. If the winner does not make contact by 9am on Tuesday, 18 March a further draw will be held.

9.  The prize is for six seats in the RACV corporate box for the Round 4 Vixens vs Magic game on March 23 at 2.18pm (doors open 1.15pm), at the Vixens Home Ground –Hisense Arena, Olympic Boulevard, Melbourne. The prize includes a two-course tapas style bento box, a premium beverage package including beer, wine and soft drink and a Melbourne Vixens match day program. The winner’s name may be announced by the on-court MC using the stadium’s public address (PA) system during the game.

10. The winner initially will be notified by facebook post and follow-up email and/or phone and the winner’s details will be published on royalauto.com.au on Wednesday, 19 March 2014.

11. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.

12. The promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The promoter is RACV Sales & Marketing Pty Ltd ABN 11 005 258 702, 550 Princes Highway, Noble Park North, Victoria 3174.

14. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw if necessary on Tuesday, 18 March at 11.00am in order to distribute any prize if unclaimed by that date.

15. RACV may substitute or change the supplier of the prize or substitute prizes with cheques to the cash value of prizes at its absolute discretion.

16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or death relating to acceptance and use of prizes by winners.

17. The personal information submitted in an entry is collected by the Promoter and will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion. Personal information supplied by entrants may be provided to related bodies corporate or agencies of the Promoter and third parties involved in promoting or conducting the promotion for the purposes of conducting the promotion and future marketing and publicity communications. Entrants’ details may also be used for future promotions carried out by the promoter. Entrants can request not to receive information about future promotions by calling 13 RACV (13 7228).

18. No responsibility is accepted for lost, delayed or misdirected mail.

19. Where the competition is administered on Facebook, entrants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and entrants release Facebook and its associated companies from all liability arising from the competition.
