TERMS AND CONDITIONS Jump Star Trampolines / Pedal Cart Competition.

1. Promotion Description: By participating in this Game of Skill competition, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter and Sponsor being JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES. The Promoter will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prize(s).

2. Facebook Disclaimer: Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

3. Dates: starts Monday 14th July 2014 at 12.00am (EST) and ends Sunday 20th July 2014 at 11.59pm EST time. This competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older.

4. The Prize: Jump Star Trampolines (the sponsor) will provide to one winner: One Pedal Cart (as pictured in promotional images) including delivery Australia-wide. Total prize value $340.

The winner agrees to wait up to 4 weeks to receive his / her prize due to ordering times and shipping times.

5. Entrants should enter via the third-party app, Gleam, where they are invited to “like” / become a fan of the participating Facebook pages of the competition in order to enter. The mandatory question must be answered to gain a valid entry in compliance with state gaming laws. This question will be judged on merit and creativity.

6. Winners will be contacted via their Facebook-registered email address and private message via Facebook where possible. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, a re-draw will occur.

7. The winner, in accepting the prize, agrees to have his or her name published on the participating Facebook pages of the competition. He or she will also agree to respond to the posts congratulating the winner on the participating Facebook pages.

8. Privacy: By agreeing to sign up to our newsletter in this competition, you are providing your details to Jump Star Trampolines. Your email address may be used for future marketing purposes by Jump Star Trampolines. By entering, you agree to receive this communication. You may opt out of, or Unsubscribe from these emails at any time. Your private information will not be shared with any other companies, and is not being collected by Facebook.

9. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game Of Skill or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the competition and/or selection process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

10. The prize will be drawn at Jump Star Trampolines, Unit 4 / 29 McIntyre Way, Kenwick WA 6107 on Monday 21st July 2014.. Winner will be contacted in writing via email on their Facebook-registered email address. The winner’s name will be announced on Jump Star Trampolines Facebook page {www.facebook.com/JumpStarTrampolines } after the winner has responded to claim their prize.
