IPAD GIVE AWAY

1. These terms and conditions incorporate the following references:

1.1. “our” or “we” or “us” means Aged Care and Housing Group Incorporated Members Liability Limited, South Australia ARBN 142 240 499

1.2. 'you” or “your” means the person entering this competition.

2. To enter into this competition you must be:

2.1. A permanent resident of South Australia; and

2.2. A holder of a valid Senior’s Card;

3. The competition is not open to our employees and the immediate family of our employees.

4. The right to participate in this competition is not dependent upon the purchase of any of our products or services.

5. There is no fee for entry into the competition.

6. Upon request by you for our Information Pack, which contains detailed information of the products and services we offer, you will receive an Information Pack and entry form.

7. You must complete your entry (either phone or online) by 5pm on Friday 26 September 2014 (Closing Date).

8. The prize for this competition is an iPad Air 16gb Wi-Fi 3G valued at $598.00.

9. The competition is open from 9.00am on Monday 2 June 2014 and will be drawn at 3.00pm on Friday 3 October 2014 at our headquarters at 22 Henley Beach Road, Mile End by drawing of a lot.

10. There is only one prize, and one draw.

11. The winner will be notified in writing within 14 days of the competition being drawn, that he or she has won the prize and provide you with details of how the prize is to be delivered or collected.

12. If the prize is not claimed by the winner within 1 month of the competition being drawn, the winner will be taken to have forfeited the prize, and the competition may be redrawn.

13. The name of the winner of the competition will be displayed in a prominent place at our headquarters at 22 Henley Beach Road, Mile End for at least 7 days and will also be advertised on our website.

14. By entering this competition, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website here. Your information will not be shared with a third party other than as stated in our Privacy Policy. However, by entering this competition, you agree to receive promotional materials from us from time to time and allow us to use your personal information for this purpose. 15. Entries which are received after the Closing Date, or are incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or illegible will be disqualified from entry.

16. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries. We do not have any control over communication networks and services and are not responsible for any entries which are not properly received by us due to technical malfunctions. We do not have any control over the postal service, and are not responsible for any entries which are lost, delayed or misdirected when using this service.

17. The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
