If you know that ‘amore’ means more than just when the moon hits your eye, then you probably already know that this year’s annual Lavazza Italian Film Festival has landed.

Bringing us a much-needed dash of Mediterranean romance, the 15th edition of the festival is screening 34 new features and documentaries (plus a glamorous classic) across 15 locations Australia wide.

The films are split into four categories: Direct from Cannes, Drammatico Italiano, Laughing Italian Style and Per Bambini, with each set to be better than a candlelit dinner over Nonna’s pasta.*

To get into the mood d’amore, we have six double passes to give away for one festival session of your choice. To enter, all you have to do is tell us your favourite Italian word, Google Translate permitted. Entries close Friday September 26.
