TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Christmas promotion commences from 10:00 (AEST) Monday 1st December 2014 and closes at
24:00 (AEST) Monday 15th December 2014.

During the promotional period, there are 15 individual daily prize draws. For the first daily prize (i.e.
the daily prize for 1 December 2014), entrants must submit their entries between 10:00 (AEST) and
24:00 (AEST) on 1 December 2014.
6. For all other daily prize draws, entrants must submit their entries between 00:01 (AEST) and 24:00
(AEST) on the relevant day. For example, to enter to win the daily prize for 2 December 2014,
entrants must submit their entries between 00:01 (AEST) and 24:00 (AEST) on 2 December 2014.
The entry period for the daily prize for 3 December 2014 would then commence on 00:01 (AEST) and
close at 24:00 (AEST) on 3 December 2014 and so on.
Fifteen (15) daily prize winners will be judged throughout the promotional period at the David Jones
Head Office. The winners will be notified by the email address entered during the competition entry.
The winner will be instructed to email social@davidjones.com.au with their phone number, email, full
name and address. The Promoter will contact the winner and send out their prize.
To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the promotional period:
- Create an e-message to a friend on the “#thingswedoforlove” Christmas message system on the
Promoter’s website – www.davidjones.com (David Jones Website); and

- Fill in the form on the David Jones Website with their ‘name’, ‘email address’ and in 25 words or less
‘Why you’re sending this message’.

Entrants do not need to actually send or share their Christmas e-message to be eligible to win.

Eligible entrants may enter multiple times during the duration of the promotion.

An entry is only valid for the daily prize in which it is submitted. To be clear, an entry lodged at 11:00 (AEST) on 3
December 2014 is only eligible to win the prize allocated to 3 December 2014. Entries do not roll
over into other daily prize draws.
