Win tickets to the Kings of Comedy Gala FUNNY: Katie Burch will make you laugh at the Kings of Comedy Gala heading to Wests New Lambton. NEED a little laughter in your life? Then head to Wests Leagues Club at New Lambton in February and be royally entertained. Eight of Australia's finest comedy acts, including television favourite Mikey Robins, will take to the club's main stage on Sunday, February 22, for the Kings of Comedy Gala. Robins, whose repertoire of work includes featuring on television programs Good News Week, Sunrise and Spicks and Specks, will be joined by Tommy Dean, Chris Wainhouse, Simon Kennedy, Katie Burch, Steady Eddy, Cam Knight and Steve Philp. Dean has also made appearances on Spicks and Specks and Good News Week. He has been described as a master of language with his mind-bending comedy. Wainhouse is known for his prose. The former Triple J RAW Comedy winner has been touted by many as one of the best writers in Australian comedy. Kennedy is a regular guest host on breakfast program Studio 10. See your ad here Eddy has been an Australian comedy favourite for 20 years. He has won an Aria Award, performed at the Montreal Just For Laughs comedy festival and just about every town in between.
