LTPS/14/10367 1. The Members Home Theatre Package draw Promotion will be held from 22/12/2014 to 21/03/2015 2. The draw will be held at approximately 6.30pm on 21/03/2015 3. The draw will consist of 1 prize, made up of multiple items. 4. The draw will be conducted via a barrel draw with the winning ticket drawn out at random by an allocated staff member 5. Only Leeton Soldiers Club members are eligible to participate in the promotion. Members must be present to win a prize 6. To participate in the promotion members must spend $5 or more in a single transaction at the Bar, Bistro, TAB or Keno as well as display their members card. Members will be given one ticket, per transaction, to place in the promotion barrel. Members are eligible for multiple tickets per day. 7. Members participating in the draw must be on premise and produce their membership card, on request, for identification. Members will be allowed 4 minutes to claim the prize. Re-draws will be conducted until the prize is claimed 8. The promotion will be drawn continuously until the prize has been claimed by a member present 9. Announcements concerning Members Home Theatre Package Promotion will be made over the club’s general paging system at the time of the draw 10. Members participating in the promotion may not transfer the authority to claim a prize to any other person or their attorney 11. The promotion is not open to Club Directors, Junior members and all employees of the club including the catering department or their immediate families (immediate families means husband/wife or defacto only) 12.
