NRMA Insurance, SGIO & SGIC 'Go Paperless' Promotion Conditions of Entry
 

1. By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722 trading as NRMA Insurance, SGIO and SGIC of 388 George Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Telephone (02) 9292 9222.
3. The Promotion commences at 12.01am AEDT on Sunday 19 October 2014 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on Sunday 12 April 2015 (Promotion Period).
4. Entry into the Promotion is open to current customers of the Promoter (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion and their related companies are ineligible to be Entrants.
5. Entrants will be automatically entered into the Promotion when they successfully change their preference to receive their insurance documents by email either by: a. submitting their change via the link provided within a “Switch to Email” email from the Promoter; or b. changing their preference via the Promoter’s Self Service Centre - [NRMA Insurance] www.nrma.com.au/selfservice, [SGIO] www.sgio.com.au/selfservice or [SGIC] www.sgic.com.au/selfservice, during the Promotion Period (Entry). Should an Entrant not wish to be automatically entered into the Promotion, they should notify the Promotion Manager directly by telephone on (02) 9292 1030.
6. Only one Entry is permitted per Entrant. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of their receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period. For their Entry to be valid, Entrants’ preference for receiving their insurance documents must be recorded by the Promoter as email at the time of the Prize Draw.
7. The Prize is an Apple 13” Macbook Air 128GB with 1.4GHz dual core Intel Core i5 processor and 4GB memory, valued at RRP $1,199. There are 10 Prizes on offer. The total Prize pool is valued at $11,990.
8. The Prize Draw will be conducted at 3:00pm AEST on Thursday 23 April 2015 at 388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first 10 Entrants whose valid Entry is drawn will each be a Winner and receive a Prize.
9. The Winners will receive confirmation by email within 2 days of the Prize Draw and their names will be published within 7 days of the Prize Draw on the Promoter’s websites – [NRMA Insurance] www.nrma.com.au/win, [SGIO] www.sgio.com.au/win and [SGIC] www.sgic.com.au/win. In their email confirmation, the Winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Prizes will only be distributed in Australia, and Winners should allow 28 days from the Prize Draw for Prize fulfilment.
10. All Prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST. All components of the Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.
11. If a Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on Thursday 23 July 2015 at the same time and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute any unclaimed Prizes (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will receive confirmation by email within 2 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw and their names will be published within 7 days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of, the Promotion or taking a Prize or any component of a Prize. The Promoter is not liable for any additional costs associated with the taking of a Prize and any expense incurred beyond the specified Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
16. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to the Promoter and its related companies, using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming a Prize and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion. Entrants consent to the Promoter and its related companies using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for any purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
