We will again be holding the popular annual FREE Travelling Plant Giveaways, between August and October.

There are five giveaway sites across Blacktown City, one in each Ward, where residents can collect two plants per property from a selection of native and exotic species. Nursery staff will be onsite to assist residents to select plants that will be appropriate for their garden.

There will be 2,500 plants available at each event to residents from the Blacktown City Local Government Area, so first in first served.

Please note:

Residents must bring proof of residency with them
A limit of two (2) plants per residential property applies
This program is to be conducted strictly between the times designated or until all plants are given away
The plant entitlement from these events is additional to Council’s General Community Plant Giveaway Program
Residents can still collect their annual allocation of two free plants from Council’s Nursery (Kent Street, Blacktown).
