We are giving away two tickets to celebrate Melbourne Cup with an all-inclusive, three-hour package of indulgence at e'cco Bistro.

The package includes free-flowing Louis Roederer, red and white wine, Asahi Super Dry draught beer, and a three-course shared lunch. QWeekend editor and media personality Kylie Lang will be MC for the event and you will have the opportunity to win over $10,000 worth of prizes! Put on your best hat, your best dress or your best suit and you might win fashions on the field.

Competition entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Prize: a) 2x tickets to e’cco Bistro’s Melbourne Cup luncheon (valued at $370) b) Valid on date of event, 3 November from 12pn-3pm c) The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. d) Any additional expenses incurred by the prize winners, other than those outlined in these terms and conditions, are the responsibility of the winners. Prize winners are themselves subject to the specific terms and conditions of the providers.
Competition period: The competition commences 20 October and finishes 27 October.
How to enter: Complete and submit the form on the win page
Entries must be received before 12pm on Tuesday 27 October, 2015 to be eligible. Entries received after this time may not be considered. The Council reserves the right to accept, reject or refuse an entry at any time. Council does not accept responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries.
Council may vary the terms and conditions of this Competition at any time at its absolute discretion.
The winner will be drawn on Tuesday 27 October, 2015 at Ann Street, Brisbane The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified by phone and/or email on Monday 19 October, 2015.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
If there is any event that prevents or hinders Council’s conduct of the Competition or Council’s ability to deliver the prize to the prize winner of the Competition, Council may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same conditions or select another winner.
All entries are the property of Council and will not be returned to the entrants. Entrants to this Competition agree to participate in any promotional, marketing and publicity activities by Council in relation to the Competition.
Entrants also agree that the Council may use their entry and any personal details provided to Council for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of Council in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to the Entrant.
The winner voluntarily undertakes any risks associated with the Ultimate Decades Festival Competition and releases Council, Councillors, employees, agents and officers of the Council from any or all liability for damage, loss or injury, however caused, that the winner may suffer as a result of or arising from breach of these terms and conditions and their participation in the Ultimate Decades Festival Competition. The winner acknowledges and agrees that the Council, Councillors, employees, agents and officers of the Council may plead this waiver and indemnity as a bar to any proceedings they may commence against all or any of them. The winner agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the Council, Councillors, employees, agents and officers of the Council against any liability, claim, demand, cost or damage they may incur as a result of or arising from, whether directly or indirectly, breach of these terms and conditions and their participation in the Ultimate Decades Festival Competition. This clause survives the term of this Competition.
Force Majeure: If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter), which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter reserves the right it its sole discretion to disqualify all entries from any individual who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with the entry process which as a result corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
