About 10 months ago I partnered with Squatty Potty for a stool giveaway and it was a bigger success than I anticipated! People found the toilet stool intriguing, including myself, and now we're doing another giveaway.

I first discovered Squatty Potty while watching ABC's Shark Tank with family. At first we all chuckled when they did a demonstration to show how it's used. Let's face it, pooping is a funny and awkward topic.

Here's what I learned. We're designed to squat, but instead we sit on toilets. Sitting keeps the colon kinked, kind of like when there's a kink in a hose and the flow of water is slowed. Squatting, on the other hand, allows the colon to fully relax and empty quickly.
