Entry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of Victoria.
Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt
to enter.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must during the Registration Period:
1. Shop at a participating business in Mildura, fill out an entry form, and submit it in-store. The participating businesses are:

Each week during the Registration Period, the Promoter will hold a draw in accordance with the Draw Details at one of the
participating businesses, from all valid entries submitted at that participating business, to determine one (1) Minor Prize
winner.
At the end of the Promotional Period, the Promoter will hold a draw in accordance with the Draw Details from all valid entries
submitted at any of the participating businesses during the Registration Period, to determined one (1) Major Prize winner.

Number/type of draws: Nineteen (19) Minor Prize draws (one (1) at each participating business)
Date & time: Between 9am and 1pm on the following dates: Thursday 17th March 2016; Wednesday 23rd March 2016;
Thursday 31st March 2016; Thursday 7th April 2016; Thursday 14th April 2016; Thursday 21st April 2016; Thursday 28th April
2016; Thursday 5th May 2016; Thursday 12th May 2016; Thursday 19th May 2016; Thursday 19th May 2016; Thursday 26th
May 2016; Thursday 2nd June 2016; Thursday 9th June 2016; Thursday 16th June 2016; Thursday 23rd June 2016.
Location: Each draw will be held at one (1) of the participating businesses listed in the Entry Procedure. The Promoter will
randomly determine which participating business’ draw is held on which date. On four (4) randomly determined dates draws
will be held at two (2) participating businesses.
The first valid entry randomly drawn in each draw will win a Minor Prize as specified. Non-winning entries do not roll over into
subsequent Minor Prize draws. There is a limit of one (1) Minor Prize per person.

Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability or as otherwise specified.

Notification of
Winners
Winners will be notified via phone at the time of/immediately after winning, and in writing within two (2) working days of being
determined.
Publication Details Winners will be published on 5th July 2016 on the Website for 28 days.
Winners will also be announced on air throughout the Promotional Period.
Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: 3rd October, 2016 5pm AEST
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award
the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

Arrangements
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will conduct a further draw at 5pm AEST on 4th October 2016 at 99.5 Star FM, Shop 6/739
Fifteenth Street, Mildura, Vic, 3500, in order to award the prize(s). Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified by phone on 5th
October 2016 and in writing within two (2) working days, and will be published on 5th October 2016 on the Website for 28
days.
